Sabarimala Pilgrimage is one of the pious pilgrimages<br />

to get the darshan of Lord Ayyappan. He is expected<br />
to observe fast or vritham for a 41-day period, usually<br />
when Malayalam month of Vrischikam begins in mid<br />
November. A pilgrim on maiden trip to Sabarimala is<br />
called as Kanni Ayyapppan.<br />
