4), las correlaciones encontradas en este estudio entre las<br />
dimensiones de valor eficiencia y tiempo son interesantes<br />
para una mejor comprensión del eje del trade-off entre beneficio<br />
y coste. En segundo lugar, en relación con la naturaleza<br />
dinámica del valor, esta investigación longitudinal<br />
refuerza resultados anteriores que concebían el valor necesariamente<br />
como una valoración pre-uso y post-uso por<br />
parte del consumidor (Lai, 1995; Nilson, 1992; Oliver, 1999;<br />
Lovelock, 1996; Day y Crask, 2000; Jensen, 1996), aunque<br />
eran muy escasas las aportaciones empíricas que midieran<br />
expectativas y resultados de valor. En este estudio, las diferencias<br />
entre valores pre-uso y post-uso son interesantes<br />
de cara al avance del análisis de las diferencias entre valor<br />
esperado y valor percibido, tanto conceptual como empíricamente.<br />
Por último, las diferencias halladas en la dualidad<br />
cognitiva-afectiva de la experiencia de voluntariado<br />
permiten asimilarlo a otras experiencias de consumo y beneficiarse<br />
así de toda una tradición investigadora sobre<br />
esta dualidad en el consumo. Toda esta realidad invita a<br />
futuras y más profundas aportaciones sobre la riqueza del<br />
concepto valor y más concretamente sobre su dimensionalidad<br />
como forma de perfeccionar nuestro conocimiento<br />
del comportamiento de consumo, tanto en el mercado<br />
como en otros contextos como el que aquí se ha estudiado.<br />
