the group down and put in a sterling effort to<br />

finish in style. The hour long session passed very<br />

quickly but certainty didn’t go unnoticed, my<br />

whole body knew it had been put through a great<br />

workout and with regular attendance it certainly<br />

won’t be long at all before you notice a difference<br />

in your shape, weight and fitness levels.<br />

The next full course will start on Tuesday March<br />

8th and will run for 8 weeks until the end of April.<br />

The schedule as follows...<br />

Tuesday evening 7:00-8:00pm<br />

Thursday evening 7:00-8:30pm<br />

at Green House Farm, Timworth, Bury St<br />

Edmunds IP31 1HS.<br />

Monday morning 6:45-7:45am<br />

Wednesday morning 7:15-7:45am<br />

at Unit 1 Gym, Kempson Way, Bury St Edmunds<br />

IP32 7AR<br />

If you’d like all 32 sessions (4 per week) it’ll cost<br />

£160, fancy just evenings or just mornings? Then<br />

a half course of 16 sessions (2 per week) will cost<br />

just £99. Can’t wait? There is a course running<br />

right now and you can join for £8 per session.<br />

with motivating and driving the group with an<br />

abundance of positivity and they don’t come<br />

who whipped the group into a frenzy on a dark,<br />

cold and damp evening when Action Man visited.<br />

The stuck in the mud warm up was great fun<br />

which then led into the circuit with a multitude<br />

of exercises to be done repeatedly for a couple<br />

of minutes before moving onto the next station<br />

/ exercise with just enough time to catch your<br />

breath. We finished with a great group exercise<br />

requiring all members to work together and whilst<br />

hampered by weary limbs nobody wanted to let<br />
