AVENUE is the leading provider of Mediation, Counselling and Child Contact in Northeast Scotland. We
support children to grandparents, couples and families through times of change, difficulties and conflict.
We are currently seeking a part-time Practice Manager and a part-time HR Co-ordinator, details below.
Part-Time Practice Manager (initial one year contract)
This is a unique opportunity to manage and support our team of mediators and counsellors. We are looking
for someone who is confident and motivated, with excellent people skills. You must have management
experience with a focus on quality assurance.
To fit the bill, you will have: an understanding of the challenges of the third sector, a proven track record
of managing people, the ability to undertake multiple tasks, resolve problems, and inspire trust.
You will be answerable to the Chief Executive and will play a key role in operational strategy, supporting
the CEO to deliver a high quality service to our clients and stakeholders.

18 hours per week (initial one year contract)
Scale point 27-34 (£24,052 - £29,886) pro-rata depending on experience
Initially 24 days per year plus 12 public holidays – part time pro-rata
8% Employer Contribution
Part-Time HR Co-ordinator (initial one year contract)
This is a varied and dynamic leadership role covering a full range of HR duties. We are looking for someone
who is confident and motivated, with excellent people skills. You must have previous experience with a
focus on quality assurance and the ability to undertake multiple tasks, resolve problems, and inspire trust.
You will be answerable to the Chief Executive and will play a key role in operational strategy, supporting
the CEO to deliver a high quality service to our clients and stakeholders.
