A decision to grant planning permission was issued in April 2016 to Helm<br />

<strong>Housing</strong> Limited for the demolition of an existing public house on this site to<br />

allow for the subsequent construction of 12 apartments in a mix of 2 and a half<br />

and 3-storey builds. A service area and courtyard will be provided to the rear of<br />

the site at 149 Springfield Road, Belfast.<br />

The estimated cost of the scheme is £1 million. It is anticipated that work will<br />

start on site Q2/Q3 2016.<br />
