Short description: Choice <strong>Housing</strong> Limited provides social housing and support<br />

services to meet the housing need identified in those local communities within<br />

which it operates. Choice wishes to appoint Design Teams to provide services<br />

relating to planning, design, procurement, construction (design and<br />

management) co-ordination and contract administration/project management.<br />

This is in connection with the design and delivery of the Lots defined in this ITT.<br />

The Design Team shall consist of the following professional disciplines:<br />

— Architect (and Lead Consultant).<br />

— Mechanical and Electrical Engineer.<br />

— Civil and Structural Engineer.<br />

— Quantity Surveyor.<br />

— CDM Co-ordinator.<br />

Choice will enter into separate contracts for Lots 1, 2 and 3. No consultant can<br />

win more than 1 Lot.<br />

Estimated total value excluding VAT: 1 089 496.00 GBP<br />
