Apex <strong>Housing</strong> Association Limited has received applications from contractors<br />
who are wishing to enter into an agreement for the provision of site, design and<br />
build social housing schemes in Strabane, Meigh and Eglinton.<br />
This project is for the provision of land for design and build social housing<br />
scheme contracts in Northern Ireland. Participants have been asked to provide<br />
the land, design, construct and ensure completion of the scheme for Apex in<br />
accordance with the DSD <strong>Housing</strong> Association Guide, client requirements and<br />
Statutory Body requirements. This procurement is separated into 3 Lots:<br />
