Land Design and Build - Ballymena<br />
Clanmil Developments wish to establish a Framework for the provision of Land,<br />
Design and Build in the area of Ballymena, Northern Ireland. The Framework will<br />
consist of at least one provider with each Tenderer expected to deliver land,<br />
design team and contractor. Clanmil’s minimum expectation is that each<br />
proposal for the Provision of Land, Design and build for sites that can deliver<br />
above 10 units.<br />
