Project Description: The site is located at the junction of Bloomfield Road and<br />

Lismore Avenue and extends to approximately 1.07 hectares in size. The land<br />

within is previously developed as seven detached dwellings. All the buildings<br />

within the site are demolished and the land is overgrown.<br />

There were a number of entrances serving the former dwellings extending from<br />

the junction of Lismore Avenue along Bloomfield Road which are now<br />

redundant. The land within is approximately 3 metres lower than the properties<br />

at Lismore Avenue to the west of the site. The land also falls away from the<br />

junction with Lismore Avenue and Bloomfield Road by approximately 3 metres<br />

towards the northern boundary. The lands to the west are primarily residential<br />

in character with two storey semi-detached dwellings and flats. A food store and<br />

GP Surgery are located to the east of the site and to the south east is Bloomfield<br />

Shopping Centre & Retail Park.<br />

We expect to achieve approximately 52 units on the site, with the exact mix to<br />

be confirmed.. The building will be constructed to Lifetime Homes and Secured<br />

by Design standards.<br />
