Main contractor Qmac Construction, Co. Tyrone is due to complete work for the<br />
Clanmil <strong>Housing</strong> Association during October 2016 on the construction of a<br />
residential development of apartments in Lisburn.<br />
The works are estimated to be costing in the region of £2,000,000.<br />
The contract, when complete, will see the provision of 23 social housing<br />
apartment units for independent living tenants. The work includes the<br />
requirement for site development and engineering works. It is expected that all<br />
units built under this contract will achieve 'Secured By Design', code for<br />
sustainable homes level 3 and Lifetime Homes accreditation.<br />
