(one way). Bear left, past Baptist Church, over railway bridge, take 1st right

Located near the St Budeaux slip-road off the A38
Parkway. Head towards St Budeaux. At the brow
of the hill turn sharp right to park on Buckingham
Place. On the right is a row of six Victorian houses.
Follow the signs to go to the rear of the properties
by walking 60 yards down the cobbled back lane
to find the workshop door at the rear of
4 Buckingham Place.
Wheelchair access limited due to cobbled lane,
narrow path and two steps into studio.
