Villages
A trip to the old villages will introduce you to
the charming nature and ancient architecture
of Saudi Arabia, while also giving you the
opportunity to experience Saudi customs and
traditions. Villages such as Alghath or Ashyqr
have a lot to offer,
from folkloric arts and handcrafting to nature
and tranquility away from the bustling city
of Riyadh. Alghath Village is 250 kilometers
away from Riyadh on the Riyadh-Qusaim
Road, while Ashyqr village is 200 kilometers
away from Riyadh on the Riyadh-Shaqra’a
Road. This trip is the best option for a whole
day excursion.

Modern Landmarks/ The
Urban Track
In this tour, you will have the opportunity to see
Riyadh’s modern urbanization and architecture.
It starts by visiting the two tallest architectural
structures in the Saudi Arabia; AlFaysaliyah and
Almamlaka towers. The tour then continues
to the main commercial roads and avenues in
Riyadh, such as Altahleya Road where you can
enjoy delicious coffee at one of the many coffee
shops located along the road. The tour may
also include a trip to some of Riyadh’s several
shopping malls. This tour takes up to two days.
A Trip to Thamama Park
During the cool season, don’t miss the chance
to enjoy a trip to one of AlThamama park’s
camps that are located 50 kilometers east
of Riyadh. Each camp differs in size, yet
they are all equipped with sanitary toilets,
kitchenettes, and other essentials.
