15. FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS (cont.)<br />

Price Risk<br />

All investment decisions are subject to regular Board review, after scrutiny and recommendations received from the Audit and Risk<br />

Management Committee. The Company does not engage in any significant transactions which are highly speculative in nature. The<br />

Company does not have any material exposure to price risk.<br />

Credit Risk<br />

The maximum exposure to credit risk at reporting date in relation to recognised financial assets is the carrying amount of those assets<br />

as disclosed in the Statement of Financial Position and notes to the financial statements. These include a receivable from the State of<br />

Victoria which carries no risk. The Company had no significant concentrations of credit risk with any single counter party or group of<br />

counter parties.<br />

Liquidity Risk<br />

The Company manages liquidity risk by monitoring forecast cash flows and ensuring that adequate unutilised borrowing facilities are<br />

maintained.<br />

There are no matters or circumstances that have arisen since the end of the financial year that have significantly affected or may<br />

significantly affect the operations of the Company, the results of those operations or the state of affairs of the Company, in future years.<br />
