Note: If you have created Hosts (section 5.4.6, “Creating Hosts using the GUI” on page 297), you can find the WWPN of the host-port on IBM Storwize v7000 by referring to the section 5.4.8, “Finding Host Port WWPNs on IBM Storwize V7000 Nodes” on page 305. 5.5.2 Configuring QLogic adapter for SAN Boot To configuring the QLogic adapter for SAN Boot, perform the following setup 1. Power up Server containing the HBA. 2. Follow steps 1 through 4 given at section 5.5.1, “Finding QLogic FC HBA’s WWPN” on page 308. 3. Select Scan Fibre Devices from the menu, as shown in Figure 5-44 on page 310. 4. You should see the IBM Storwize V7000 host-port’s WWPN, as shown in Figure 5-47 on page 312. Chapter 5.
