6. Now you can change the target device for installation. For <strong>SAN</strong> <strong>Boot</strong>, you will chose the<br />

volume allocated on the storage subsystem (refer to 5.4.5, “Creating Volume for <strong>SAN</strong><br />

<strong>Boot</strong>” on page 294). Figure 5-144 shows the disk selection menu.<br />

Note: On AIX 6.1 platforms, AIX host imposes the size limitation of 2 TB on disk volume<br />

sizes<br />

7. If you do not see the disk that you allocated on <strong>SAN</strong>, select 6 for more disk choices until<br />

you see the hdisk matching the size of the disk allocated on the storage for <strong>SAN</strong> <strong>Boot</strong>. In<br />

our case, its hdisk17, as shown in Figure 5-145 on page 385<br />
