The purpose of the Award is to enable<br />
youngsters to develop early fundamental<br />
American Football skills in playing, leading<br />
and officiating through simple and fun<br />
activities.<br />
A 2-hour course starting with a classroom<br />
session followed by a structured set of<br />
activities. Teacher delivered and assessed<br />
using the resources provided plus<br />
participant booklet for students to fill in so<br />
that they can lead the activity themselves.<br />

The purpose of the Award is to develop<br />
the basic understanding and skills of 2v2<br />
and 3v3 American Flag Football and be<br />
able to deliver the sport to Yr5 and Yr6<br />
students, as well as their peers (under<br />
supervision).<br />
Course topics include health and safety,<br />
tactics of play, player positions, field layout<br />
etc.<br />
A 2-hour course starting with a classroom<br />
session followed by a structured set of<br />
activities. Teacher delivered and assessed<br />
using the resources provided plus<br />
participant booklet for students to help<br />
them lead the activity themselves, under<br />
supervision.<br />
