PARKOUR UK UNIT AWARDS:
PARKOUR/FREERUNNING (UNIT 1)
PARKOUR/FREERUNNING (UNIT 2)
ACHIEVING AWARD (Participating) - Accomplished
successfully, especially by means of exertion, skill and
practice of Parkour/Freerunning.
Through practical instruction the participant
will learn and develop basic skills fundamental to
the art of Parkour/Freerunning. The participant will
learn and practise their skills in a supervised and
controlled environment.
UNIT 1 - MIN 3 SESSIONS UNIT 2 - MIN 6 SESSIONS
Must be delivered by:
- Parkour UK 1st4sport Level 1 Award (under the
supervention of a Level 2) and/or Level 2 Certificate in
Coaching Parkour/Freerunning (QCF) qualified coach
(under the supervention of a Level 2) or
- Parkour UK 1st4sport Introductory and/or
Intermediate Award in Teaching parkour/Freerunning
qualified Teacher (QTS) qualified Teacher.

PARKOUR UK SPORTS LEADERS
AWARD IN LEADING PARKOUR/
FREERUNNING
LEADING (Peer Leadership) - organising a group of
people to achieve a common goal through Parkour.
The Award is one day course suitable for anyone
13yrs+ regardless of previous experience of Parkour/
Freerunning, who is interested in learning about the
sport and then using their newfound knowledge,
experience and enthusiasm to help others get involved
through leading others as a Parkour Peer.
7 HOURS / 1 DAY
It is mainly a practical course consisting of three units:
• Organisation
• Communication
• Parkour/Freerunning leadership
Must be delivered by:
- Parkour UK 1st4sport Level 2 Certificate in Coaching
Parkour/Freerunning (QCF) qualified coach.
COSTING
£70 per learner
(£63 per learner for Parkour UK members)
Minimum of 10 learners and maximum of
16 per course.
