A Trip to Motorsport Ranch<br />

Motorsport... For the majority of us it makes our<br />
blood flow a little faster by providing the thrill<br />
we soooo crave...<br />
We had a great day<br />
for the first Maverick<br />
Region time trial at<br />
Motorsport ranch! For<br />
me it was a first to drive<br />
a purpose built track.<br />
It’s quite a challenge,<br />
a lot to sort out and all<br />
at once, The Fight to<br />
maintain control over Bryan Bell, Chief TT Driving Instructor,<br />
the ever changing conditions...<br />
not to mention<br />
driver’s meeting.<br />
points out Corner Worker stations and<br />
track layout during the early morning<br />
the machine, strategy,<br />
and the execution of it all in less than a couple minutes.<br />
We seemed to get a refresher course on how all the delays<br />
add up to less laps, I contributed<br />
to this also! I’m<br />
sure we’ll do better next<br />
time. I’m looking forward<br />
to getting whipped into<br />
shape by the Mavericks<br />
finest.<br />
I’d like to send out a<br />
special thanks to the core<br />
group for their hard work<br />
to plan and manage these<br />
events. I for one am looking<br />
forward to getting back to “The Ranch”...<br />
