anything<br />
the afternoon of<br />
Saturday, January<br />
26, you will be<br />
kicking yourself<br />
after reading this<br />
article. The Maverick Region held<br />
our <strong>2013</strong> New Member Party at<br />
the Heritage Clubhouse<br />
in Keller, and we had an<br />
absolute blast! Where<br />
else can 120 people get<br />
together to stare at each<br />
other’s cars and have no<br />
one be offended if a few<br />
people drop their tops!<br />
(Car tops of course . . . )<br />
The meeting kicked off<br />
at 2pm and thanks to our<br />
new Social Chair, Tracy<br />
Robertson, as soon as the<br />
rumbling began she unveiled<br />
lunch. Now the rumbling was<br />
actually coming from the 24 Hours<br />
of Daytona on the TV in the other<br />
room, which tied in perfectly.<br />
Everyone spent the next few<br />
hours mingling, getting to know<br />
each other, and asking each other<br />
where they got various items on<br />

At about the halfway point, Region<br />
President John Hamilton invited<br />
several of the Event Chairs up<br />
to share what our region offers<br />
its members. There are so many<br />
events of all different types that<br />
this region really has something for<br />
everyone to enjoy.<br />
