Nycer Coach Breaks 

Our unique Door to Door service takes you from your door to your 

holiday destination. We pick you up by using local taxi companies to our 

pick up points in the towns of Rayleigh, Wickford, Billericay, Basildon and Grays. 

Our free Door to Door Service is based on official postcodes (please see chart below). 

If you live outside the areas covered, please do contact us, we would not wish you to miss 

out on the holiday of a lifetime and we may still be able to arrange our Door to Door 

Service at a small supplement. If you live so close to a pick up point that this arrangement 

is unhelpful, we will credit your invoice with the sum of £5 per person. 

Our Door to Door Service is not included on our overnight breaks. The pick up points 

will be clearly marked on the holiday page for each overnight break.

just relax, enjoy one of our excursions or take part in the many activities

Day 1 We depart our local area and travel to 

a mystery destination for you to purchase 

lunch. We then continue our journey to 

Alvaston Hall arriving with time to settle in 

before our dinner and evening entertainment. 

Day 2 After breakfast we head to Chester to 

discover the small city with a big history! 

Explore the medieval city of Chester and 

explore its 900-year-old Cathedral, Roman 

walls and half-timbered houses, Chester is a 

historical gem. Wander through its cobbled 

street that takes you to the famous 'Rows' 

in the centre of town, a collection of shopping 

arcades in traditional style. Its bewitching 

beauty and unique atmosphere make Chester 

a popular place for all. 

Day 3 We spend the day at the hotel today 

and make the most of all the hotel has to 

offer. Alternatively you can join us on an 

optional excursion (not included in tour price). 

After dinner, another great evening of 

Warner entertainment follows. 

Day 4 Today we visit Britain’s largest and 

most spectacular garden centre, Bridgemere 

Nursery & Garden World lies on the 

beautiful borders of Cheshire, Staffordshire 

and Shropshire. With a nursery growing 

nearly a million plants a year and six acres 

of themed, award winning show gardens, 

its horticultural credentials are impeccable, as 

shown by an impressive collection of RHS 

medals and gardening accolades. 65% of 

the plants are grown on site in a range that 

is literally second to none and outstanding 

gardening achievements include relaunching 

the rare and famous old dahlia, ‘Bishop 

of Llandaff’. Superb shopping in a huge 

undercover area ranges from gardening 

products and gifts to clothes and toys, 

whilst the excellent restaurant and Garden

Day 5 After a leisurely breakfast we start our

Alvaston Hall is close to the cathedral 

city of Chester. The resort has a brand 

new bedroom extension, restaurant and 

entertainment room. All rooms are ensuite 

and include television, tea/coffee 

making facilities, hairdryer. Leisure facilities 

include a 20m Indoor swimming pool, spa 

pool, sauna, steam room, tropicarium and 

fitness studio.

Quartet at Holme Lacy 

Come and join us on this excellent value break to Holme Lacy House, a 

stunning Grade I listed mansion on the outskirts of Hereford near the 

picturesque Wye Valley. This fabulous grade I listed country mansion evokes 

the elegance of days gone by combining graceful grandeur with a relaxed 

and intimate atmosphere. Surrounding the main house are the formal 

gardens, which were restored to their original design. Holme Lacy also 

features a great range of facilities and activities which include a leisure centre 

with heated pool, sauna & steam room, tennis courts, outdoor bowls green, 

archery, freshwater angling, cycle hire plus a library, a choice of three 

Restaurants, Terrace Room coffee shop and the Pavilion bar. 

Day 1 After our local pick-ups we travel 

via the beautiful Cotswold where we make a 

suitable stop for you to purchase lunch. 

We then continue our journey to Hereford and 

arrive at Warner’s with time to relax before 

dinner. 

Day 2 Today we enjoy a wonderful day in 

Worcester including a guided tour of the fine 

Cathedral, which holds the royal tomb of King 

John, medieval cloisters, and magnificent 

Victorian stained glass. There will be some free 

time for you to get lunch and explore before 

we take a scenic drive back through the 

Malvern Hills and arrive back at Warner’s. 

Day 3 Today we visit Tewkesbury, and today 

is market day with 60-80 stalls. Tewkesbury 

presents one of the best medieval townscapes 

in England with its fine half-timbered 

Tudor buildings, overhanging upperstoreys 

and ornately carved doorways. Tewkesbury is 

renowned as having one of the best medieval 

black and white townscapes in the country and 

has much to delight the visitor. Tewkesbury is 

dominated by the 12th-century Abbey. Known 

to some as the ‘Westminster Abbey’ of the 

feudal barony, this beautiful building has 

the highest Norman tower in England as 

well as rich architecture and artistic heritage. 

Also here are the fascinating John Moore 

Countryside Museum, the Town Museum and 

the Old Baptist Chapel. 

Day 4 A day at leisure today to relax and enjoy 

the many facilities and activities on offer at the 

hotel. There are wonderful grounds to stroll 

around, lovely lounges to relax in or maybe 

enjoy a Spa Treatment as a treat (local charges 

apply)! Alternatively why not join us on an

Day 5 After breakfast we depart our hotel and 

return home via Newbury, where there will be

Set in the idyllic Wye Valley, this

Portsmouth and the 

Maritime Coast 

Portsmouth is packed with things to do and is fast becoming Britain’s 

favourite waterfront destination. Portsmouth is the traditional home of the 

Royal Navy and has a great naval legacy going back to Roman times. 

Chichester is an exclusive blend of cosmopolitan city, contrasting coast and 

picturesque countryside. The cathedral city of Chichester is situated between 

two ‘Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty’, the gorgeous rolling hills of the 

South Downs and the seclusion and tranquility of Chichester’s harbour. 

Day 1 We depart our local area and travel 

to Brighton where you will have free time to 

get lunch and stroll along the seafront. We 

then continue our journey along the coast to 

our hotel. 

Day 2 After breakfast we head to 

Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard, where you 

will get a chance to explore the historic 

ships, including Lord Nelson’s flagship 

HMS Victory and the world’s first iron-hulled 

armoured warship HMS Warrior 1860. Discover 

the story of Henry VIII’s flagship, the Mary 

Rose and thousands of her artefacts recovered 

from the wreck in the new, award-winning 

museum. You can also visit the new 20th 

century galleries and the Trafalgar Experience 

at the National Museum of the Royal Navy, 

there is also a cruise around Portsmouth 

Harbour included in your visit. Plus we have 

included The Spinnaker Tower, which Soars 

170 metres above Portsmouth Harbour and 

the Solent, the Emirates Spinnaker Tower is 

taller than the London Eye, Blackpool Tower 

and Big Ben and has already established itself 

as a national icon for Britain. You will take the 

express lift to the first of the three viewing 

decks which will wow you with its stunning 

panoramic views and breathtaking 350 

degree city, country and seascapes views. 

Day 3 Today we travel to New Alresford for 

a journey on the Mid Hants Railway, you will 

board the train and sit back and relax while 

you travel through the heart of the English 

countryside taking a trip down memory lane 

or creating new ones. A perfect way to unwind 

and experience the nostalgic sights, sounds 

and smells of steam travel from a bygone age. 

You will see charming period stations along 

the way. 

Day 4 After we have enjoyed a leisurely 

breakfast, we make our way back home and 

have a lunch and shopping stop at Polhill. 

We then continue our homeward journey.

to the Wilton shopping centre with over 65 

Stores under one roof. Afterwards we continue 

our journey to our hotel with time to relax 

before dinner and our evening entertainment. 

Day 2 Today we visit Forde Abbey and 

Gardens. Once described as “...the most 

perfect Walk in the footsteps of history 

monastery in England”, Forde Abbey is a 

beacon of elegant antiquity, set within the 

exquisite countryside of Dorset. Built almost 

900 years ago by Cistercian monks, the 

Abbey still embodies the serenity and 

philosophy of the order that lived, prayed 

and farmed here. Walk in the actual footsteps 

of the monks as they carried out their daily 

chores in these medieval surroundings. 

Absorb the tranquil atmosphere of this 

beautiful, historically important 30-acre country 

garden. Take time to enjoy its many aspects, 

including spring bulbs, an arboretum, a 

rockery, a bog garden, lakes and cascades. 

Day 3 A day at leisure today to relax 

and enjoy the many facilities and activities on 

offer at the hotel. There are wonderful grounds 

to stroll around, lovely lounges to relax in or 

maybe enjoy a Spa Treatment as a treat (local

Day 4 Today we travel to Lyme Regis and 

West Bay. This area forms part of the Jurassic 

Coast, however that’s not its only claim 

to fame as more recently West Bay was used 

as a location in the TV drama series 

Broadchurch. We spend time in both of these 

popular resorts. 

Day 5 We make our way to Hampshire’s 

capital town Winchester for you to purchase 

lunch. Remarkably, this historic cathedral city 

is the former capital of England. Amongst 

many other interesting things, you might well 

choose to visit the Guildhall and the Royal 

Green Jackets Museum. We plan to return to 

our local area by early evening.

This lovely old Manor House was the 

setting for the television series ‘To the 

Manor Born’. Follow in the footsteps 

of Penelope Keith and Peter Bowles 

and enjoy the surrounding Somerset 

countryside and the splendor of this 

beautiful building with its luxurious 

furniture and large sweeping staircase. 

Facilities include live entertainment in 

the Pavilion Cabaret Room after dinner, 

a heated indoor pool and spa pool, 

sauna, steam room and fitness studio, 

snooker and darts, cycle hire, The Terrace 

Room coffee shop, Pavilion Bar and 

gift shop. All bedrooms have en-suite 

facilities, which include TV and tea/coffee 

making equipment. 


Cardiff and the Royal Mint 

Cardiff has an abundance of attractions, culture and leisure facilities – and 

it's all so easily accessible. There's the fairytale castle, the famous millennium 

stadium and acres of lush parkland, along with first class shopping facilities 

Day 1 We make a lengthy stop in Newbury to 

enable you to purchase refreshments before 

we continue to our hotel for our four-night stay. 

Day 2 Today we visit The Royal Mint. The Mint 

evolved to become a sophisticated industrial 

concern operating today as a government 

company. The 1100 or so years of its existence 

track the history of Britain through its wars and 

political upheavals, its social and economic 

progress, its technological and scientific 

advances. Its history is in short woven into that 

of Britain itself. We gain a fascinating insight 

into the history of the Royal Mint, the 

technological advances that over centuries 

have made minting to such exacting standards 

possible. Learn about the role of the people 

at the heart of this great institution; from the 

artists and engravers, to the Royal Mint 

officials, to the highly skilled production 

workers. In the afternoon we return to Cardiff 

for a Guided tour by coach. 

Day 3 Today is a free day for you to explore 

Cardiff at your own leisure. Why not visit the 

Bay area comprising of a number of shops, 

restaurants and the Millennium Centre or 

the newly developed shopping centre and 

traditional Victorian arcades. You could also 

visit the stunning Cardiff Castle, the National 

Museum or even the Doctor Who Experience 

(local charges apply). 

Day 4 Today we spend the day at St. Fagans, 

which is one of Europe's leading open-air 

museums and Wales's most popular heritage 

attraction. The museum stands in the grounds 

of the magnificent St. Fagans Castle and 

gardens, a late 16th-century manor house 

donated to the people of Wales by the Earl 

of Plymouth. Since 1948 over forty original 

buildings from different historical periods have 

been re-erected in the 100-acre parkland, 

among them houses, a farm, a school, a 

chapel and a splendid Workmen’s Institute. 

Traditional crafts and activities bring St. Fagans 

alive, in workshops where craftsmen still 

demonstrate their traditional skills. Their 

produce is usually on sale. Native breeds of 

livestock can be seen in the fields and 

farmyards, and demonstrations of farming 

tasks take place daily. You will gain an insight 

into the rich heritage and culture of Wales, and 

the Welsh language can be heard in daily use 

amongst craftsmen and interpreters. 

Day 5 We return home via Marlow to enable 

you to purchase refreshments before we start 

the last leg of our homeward journey.

Hotel 

The Angel Hotel ★★★ 

This classic Victorian building offers 

modern air-conditioned bedrooms next 

to Cardiff Castle and 150 yards from 

the Principality Stadium. It has an elegant 

restaurant and bar. Many rooms at The 

Angel Hotel have views of historic Cardiff 

Castle and it’s grounds. Every room 

features free Wi-Fi, a TV, and a private 

bathroom. Tea/coffee making facilities are 

also provided. Cardiff’s small city centre 

means that this hotel is just 100 yards 

from peaceful Bute Park, boutique shops 

and many restaurants.

Easter at Bembridge 

Steeped in history with 60 miles of stunning unspoilt scenery and a wealth 

of attractions, the Isle of Wight has something to offer everyone. Noted as 

perhaps one of the most upmarket areas on the island, Bembridge offers a 

surprisingly busy harbour that is popular with owners of pleasure craft and 

fishing boats. 

Day 1 We make use of the excellent coffee 

and lunch facilities at Guildford town centre 

during our relatively short journey to catch our 

Isle of Wight ferry. 

Day 2 Today we take a ride on the Isle 

of Wight Steam Railway. We join one of 

their vintage steam locomotives for a special 

journey back in time. We breathe in the 

evocative smells of a real steam railway, 

while our eyes and ears thrill to the puffing 

and hissing of the steam engine. Settle 

back in beautifully restored Victorian and 

Edwardian carriages and enjoy unique views 

of the countryside. 

Day 3 Today on Easter Sunday we enjoy 

a magnificent scenic coach tour using as 

many coastal routes as possible. We stop at 

picturesque places throughout the route. 

It ends in Godshill, a picturesque village 

comprising thatched cottages, gift shops, 

craft shops and tearooms. Definitely a day to 

have your camera with you! 

Day 4 We make our to Polhill Garden Centre 

for you to purchase lunch before we continue 

our homeward journey.

Bembridge Coast Hotel is set in 23 

acres of grounds on the secluded 

eastern shore of the Isle of Wight. It 

has beautifully landscaped Spanish 

gardens and marvelous sea views. All 

bedrooms have TV, telephone, hairdryer, 

ironing facilities and hospitality tray. 

Leisure facilities include indoor swimming 

pool, sauna, steam room, fitness studio, 

indoor bowls, outdoor bowls green, 

games room, croquet, tennis and squash 

courts. Single rooms are allocated in 

chalet accommodation but can be

Easter at Alvaston Hall 

Alvaston is a delightful half-timbered Victorian country house. The 

magnificent entrance and reception hall (originally a living room) 

features a superb stained-glass window and a large fireplace enlivened 

with Italian ironwork. As you tour the hotel you can also appreciate 

the Victorians’ love for Elizabethanesque panelling and ceilings, a fine

Day 2 After breakfast we travel to Liverpool,

visit and explore. With the largest collection of 

museums and galleries anywhere outside of 

the Capital, Liverpool’s culture and heritage 

are at the very heart of the city. You’ll always 

find a fantastic selection of things to do and 

places to explore. 

Day 3 Today on Easter Sunday we travel 

to Llangollen via the dramatically filmic 

Horseshoe Pass to gaze at the beautiful 

scenery, into Llangollen, which is nestled in 

pretty green hills with the River Dee running 

through it. We take a ride on the traditional 

steam railway before we drift lazily along the 

beautiful canal on a horse-drawn barge. 

Day 4 We return home via the National 

Memorial Arboretum to enable you to 

purchase lunch and explore the 320 memorials 

before we continue our homeward journey.

Day 2 Today we make our way to spectacular 

Hardwick Hall, built by Bess of Hardwick, 

Countess of Shrewsbury. The hall has survived 

virtually unchanged and houses some of 

the finest 16th and 17th century embroideries 

and tapestries. You can also enjoy circular 

walks around the surrounding parkland 

with magnificent views. The hall also played 

the part of Malfoy Manor in Harry Potter and 

the Deathly Hallows Part 1. After our visit 

we head back to our hotel for dinner and 

entertainment. 

Day 3 After a leisurely breakfast we depart for 

an Easter Sunday scenic drive. We make 

suitable stops along the way and there are 

some Easter treats in store as well. We return 

with time to relax at our hotel before dinner 

and our evening of entertainment. 

Day 4 Today we say good-bye to Warners 

and we head home. We have a mystery stop 

en-route before we get back to our local area.

Day 2 Today we visit Beamish Open Air 

Museum, a living, working experience of life 

as it was in the great north in Georgian, 

Victorian and Edwardian times. Travel on the 

restored tramway to visit Pockerley Old Hall, 

The Town, Rowley Station, The Fairground, 

Home Farm and The Pit Village. 

Day 3 After breakfast we travel in to Durham, 

the quintessential old English University City. 

Durham Cathedral holds the remains of St. 

Cuthbert and the tomb of Bede and together 

with Durham Castle (one of England’s largest 

surviving Norman Castles) is now a World 

Heritage Site. In the afternoon we enjoy a 

delicious afternoon cream tea at the four-star 

country house hotel, Wynyard Hall. 

Day 4 Today we visit the Holy Island 

(Lindisfarne), the fabled offshore Island only 

accessible at low tide via a narrow causeway. 

Stroll around the village and take in the 

fabulous views, visit romantic Lindisfarne 

Castle and the ancient priory ruin with its 

‘rainbow arch’ (all entry fees payable locally).

Ring of Kerry 

Our hotel is based in Killarney, Ireland’s most popular tourist resort and is 

packed with interesting shops, cafes, restaurants and traditional pubs. The 

scenery of Killarney National Park is all around, so you don’t have to travel 

far to enjoy lakes, waterfalls and mountains. 

Day 1 Early morning departure from our 

local pick up area with motorway stops enroute 

to Pembroke for our afternoon sailing to 

Rosslare. We travel from Rosslare to Waterford 

for our overnight stop at the Treacys Hotel. 

Day 2 We depart our overnight hotel and 

travel to the picturesque village of Blarney. We 

take you to Blarney Woollen Mills, an old 

converted mill which turned into the biggest 

Irish shop in the world, where Irish products 

from every county in Ireland can be found. 

Names featured include Aran, Guinness, 

Waterford Crystal and Belleek Pottery. 

Alternatively you can wander round the town 

and find Blarney Castle, built over 600 years 

ago, Blarney Castle offers leisurely tours and 

the chance to relax in its sumptuous, peaceful 

gardens. Legend has it that by kissing the 

‘blarney stone’ in the tower at the top of the 

castle, one can receive the ‘gift of the gab’ 

(entrance not included – approximately 10 

euros per person). In the afternoon, we 

continue our journey to Killarney to reach our 

main stay hotel for the next four nights. We 

arrive in time to relax in our rooms before our 

evening meal. 

Day 3 Today we have a Guided Tour of Ring 

of Kerry, offering some of the wildest natural 

scenery in Ireland. The Ring of Kerry is a 

circular route around the Iveragh Peninsula 

running between Kenmare and Killorglin. It 

features traditional villages where time has 

stood still, emerald green fields crisscrossed 

with dry stone walls, and jaw dropping coastal 

scenery. 

Day 4 After breakfast today we enjoy the 

Killarney Horse & Cart and Boat Ride. Step 

back in time and enjoy Irish tradition at its best, 

as you take a unique ride in a horse and 

carriage to experience some of Killarney’s 

many beauty spots. Then we enjoy our 

leisurely boat ride before having some free 

time in the afternoon. 

Day 5 Today we enjoy a Guided Tour of the 

Dingle Peninsula. The most northerly of Kerry’s 

peninsular, Dingle culminates in Europe’s 

westernmost point, beyond which lies only the 

Atlantic Ocean and America. Rugged and 

remote, with hidden sandy coves, the Dingle 

Peninsula is a photographer’s delight. 

Day 6 We depart our hotel and commence 

our journey back to our overnight hotel in 

Waterford. We stop at the historic city of Cork 

to enable you to explore and purchase 

refreshments. In addition to several shopping

centres the most recent and modern 

development in Cork has been the 

establishment of Opera Lane – an outdoor 

mall and new street constructed to house 

some of the leading names in fashion. In 

the afternoon we continue our journey to 

Waterford for our overnight stop at the Treacys

evening meal.

Poldark in the Cotswolds 

Poldark returned to TV in 2015 after many years and was so popular that 

more series were quickly planned. Although set in Cornwall the Poldark 

family home and other locations are in Gloucestershire which also has a 

wealth of other TV & film locations. On this tour we’ll include as many as 

possible without rushing.

way through the beautiful villages of the 

Cotswold’s starting with Broadway and the

Arlington Row has featured as a backdrop in 

many films. We then continue to our hotel. 

Day 2 Today we travel to the ancient village 

of Lacock, managed by the National Trust, 

where many period films have been shot

Casterbridge. We’ll visit Lacock Abbey which 

doubles as ‘’Wolf Hall’’ and has featured in 

several Harry Potter films where the distinctive

Day 3 After breakfast we have a morning visit 

to Chavenage, a wonderful country house 

often featured in TV & film, most recently as 

the Poldark family house. Here we’ll be shown

Boleyn in The Other Girl and the Castle also 

features in Wolf Hall.

Warners, Littlecote House 

Littlecote House on the borders of the Cotswolds is a superb Grade 1 listed 

16th century Tudor mansion in a spectacular setting. Hosting Tudor 

monarchs, Civil War captains and Regency nobles, it was here that Henry Vlll 

courted Jane Seymour. It has an awe-inspiring Great Hall, Cromwellian chapel 

and spiral Jerusalem stairs leading to the troops’ quarters and Long Gallery. 

There is 113 acres of land, 40 of which are gardens, which includes the Lime 

Tree Avenue and a spectacular topiaried yew avenue. There is also a unique 

Roman Orpheus mosaic and remains of the villa in its grounds. 

Day 1 After our local pick ups we travel 

to Winchester, Hampshire’s capital town. 

Remarkably, this historic cathedral city is the 

former capital of England. Amongst many 

other interesting things, you might well choose 

to visit the Guildhall and the Royal Green 

Jackets Museum. We then continue our 

journey to Littlecote House. 

Day 2 Today we enjoy a scenic drive through 

the Cotswolds. The rolling hillsides of the 

area are full of dry stonewalls from the 18th 

and 19th Centuries, framing that can only be 

described as quintessential England. We visit 

the area bounded by Bourton-on-the-Water, 

Stow-on-the-Wold, Moreton-in-the Marsh and 

Broadway, the ‘jewel of the Cotswolds’. After 

lunch, we make our way to Toddington, where 

we join the Gloucestershire Warwickshire 

Railway for a train ride through the beautiful 

Gloucestershire countryside to Cheltenham, 

before returning to our hotel.

Firth of Forth Steam & Cruise 

Take in the magnificent views of the Forth Road Bridge and the world-famous Forth Railway Bridge built in 

the Victorian era. The beautiful panoramas of the Edinburgh skyline to the south and the Kingdom of Fife to the 

north. Stirling is dominated by its impressive castle, perched on a 250-foot basalt rock that was formed by the 

rivers Forth and Clyde and the relatively small parcel of land between them. The ancient town of Stirling, on the 

main east-west route across Scotland, grew up around the castle. It lies in the heart of an area so turbulent in 

Scottish history it was called the “cockpit of Scotland.” One memorable battle fought here was the Battle of 

Bannockburn in 1314, when Robert I (the Bruce) defeated the army of Edward II of England and gained Scotland 

its independence. Another was the Battle of Stirling Bridge in 1297. Ever since the release of Mel Gibson’s 

Braveheart, world attention has focused on the Scottish national hero William Wallace, a freedom fighter who 

became known as the “hammer and scourge”. 

Day 1 We start our journey north to our 

overnight hotel in Durham at the 4 star

Day 2 Today we continue our journey north to 

Stirling on our way we will have a mystery stop. 

Day 3 We travel to Ayr, which is a popular 

seaside resort in south Ayrshire. In the 

afternoon we travel back to enable you to have 

some free time in Stirling. 

Day 4 Today we step back in time and enjoy 

a truly memorable journey along the shores 

of the River Forth on the Bo’ness & Kinneil 

Railway. Take time out to visit the gift shop 

and the Museum of Scottish Railways. In the 

afternoon we enjoy a trip on the unique Falkirk 

Wheel, an amazing feat of engineering and 

the world’s first and only rotating boatlift.

Day 5 After breakfast we travel to Loch 

Katrine where the famous Scottish poet Sir 

Walter Scott will magic you back to Arthurian 

legends while you experience a Victorian 

steam-powered cruise on the beautiful Loch 

Katrine. In the afternoon we visit Glenturret 

Distillery, making whisky today the same way 

since 1775. Scotland’s oldest distillery is the 

beating heart of The Famous Grouse. Discover 

how the distillery's Glenturret single malt 

is carefully blended with other grain and 

malt whiskies to create the UK’s No.1 whisky, 

The Famous Grouse and sample some 

tantalising drams after. 

Day 6 After breakfast we leave Stirling and 

head back to Durham to our overnight hotel 

at Redworth Hall. 

Day 7 We depart Redworth Hall and continue 

our journey back to Essex, we will make

Giants Causeway & Titanic, Belfast 

The gateway to the rural retreat of Northern Ireland, Belfast’s industrial 

heritage has shaped a city steeped in culture. Antrim’s spectacular coastline 

takes you to the Giant’s Causeway, renowned for its polygonal columns of 

layered basalt, which has been attracting visitors for centuries. 

Day 1 This morning we travel to Holyhead 

for our crossing to Dublin. Following our 

relaxing ferry crossing, we arrive in Dundalk 

and enjoy our welcome tea/coffee while our 

luggage is taken to our room. We have time 

to relax before dinner at the hotel. 

Day 2 This morning, we travel to Belfast 

harbour and board our Guided Titanic 

Harbour Boat Tour. Embracing the Titanic story 

both old and new, it allows us to view the 

Titanic Quarter from the water and appreciate 

the vastness of this important industrial era, 

the tour continues towards the Musgrave 

Channel where you can view Belfast’s large 

breeding seal colony. Following the tour, we 

have free time to have lunch in Belfast and 

explore some of its many attractions such as 

the Titanic Experience, SS Nomadic, Titanic’s 

Dock and Pump House, Belfast Castle and 

the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum. 

Day 3 This morning, we will travel to Dublin 

and enjoy a 45 minute guided cruise on 

the River Liffey. We will gain an insight into 

the history of the city from the arrival of 

the Vikings to the impact of the Industrial 

Revolution. We will discover the story behind 

the iconic Ha’penny Bridge as well as 

Gandon’s masterpiece, the imposing Custom 

House. We will then visit Old Jameson 

Distillery and experience a 1 hour guided tour, 

which includes a tutored whiskey tasting! 

You may then decide to have lunch in the 

3rd Still Restaurant before spending the rest 

of the day exploring the nearby 12th Century 

Dublin Castle (local costs maybe incurred). 

Day 4 Today we experience stunning 

scenery during our spectacular drive along 

the Antrim Coast. In the afternoon, we visit 

the extraordinary Giant’s Causeway, the only 

UNESCO World Heritage Site in Northern

Day 1 After a comfort stop en route, we 

have a leisurely lunch stop at Litchfield in 

Staffordshire where you will find the famous 

cathedral with three spires. We arrive at 

our hotel with time to unwind before our

Day 2 Today is the day we go to The RHS 

Chatsworth Flower Show which promises 

to be a spectacular and fascinating addition 

to the horticultural calendar. Laid out to 

maximize the magnificent views and grounds 

of its unique venue, and with specially 

designed bridges across the River Derwent 

linking different sites, the show aims to 

champion “the horticultural innovation of 

today and the future”. The highlight of 

the show will surely be the re-creation of 

Sir Joseph Paxton’s magnificent Great 

Conservatory at Chatsworth. The original took 

four years to build and was the largest glass 

building in England until the construction of 

the ill-fated Crystal Palace in London, but this 

new version will house floral displays and 

miniature Mediterranean and tropical habitats. 

Explore the show gardens and see the entries 

to the competition focused on the RHS’s new 

science strategy (Gardening in a Changing 

World). Shop for the latest gardening 

gadgets and accessories, and discover the 

latest trends and innovation in the world of 

garden design. 

Day 3 After breakfast we make our way home. 

On our way back we visit Britain’s largest and 

most spectacular garden centre, Bridgemere 

Nursery & Garden World which lies on the 

beautiful borders of Cheshire, Staffordshire 

and Shropshire. With a nursery growing nearly 

a million plants a year and six acres of themed, 

award winning show gardens.

Swanning around Somerset 

The wells, which gave the city its name, are located within the grounds of 

the Bishop’s Palace, which is still the residence of Bishops of Bath and Wells. 

The Bishops Palace main features are a 13th-century Undercroft, imposing 

staterooms and tranquil gardens surrounded by a moat. Also of interest are 

Vicars’ Close, claimed to be the oldest complete medieval street in Europe, 

and the historic market place. 

Day 1 We depart our local area this morning, 

and travel to Wells. We will have suitable 

comfort stops along our journey. We arrive in 

Wells and attempt to compose ourselves on 

discovering the incredible location of our 

hotel, directly opposite Wells Cathedral! 

Day 2 This morning, we make our way to the 

edge of the Mendip Hills and to Britain’s 

largest gorge. At Cheddar Gorge’s Museum 

of Prehistory, we will discover the story of 

the cannibalistic Horse Hunters of Cheddar 

Gorge and learn about Cheddar Man, who 

was buried in the cave 9,000 years ago and 

is the oldest skeleton to be found in Britain. 

We will take an open-top bus tour above 

Cheddar Gorge and witness some of the most 

spectacular views of the Mendips before 

visiting the remarkable Gough’s Cave and 

Cox’s Cave (see access note below). Lunch can 

be enjoyed at one of the many restaurants in 

Cheddar and there are plenty of opportunities 

for sampling real Cheddar cheese and local 

cider products during our visit. We will return 

to our hotel in the afternoon with time to relax 

prior to dinner this evening. 

Note: Gough’s Cave contains steps, a steep gradient 

(1:10) and is wet underfoot so is unsuitable for 

wheelchair users. Cox’s Cave features narrow walkways 

and steps which make it unsuitable for wheelchair users. 

Day 3 After breakfast this morning, we will 

step outside our hotel and walk a matter 

of yards towards the Market Place where 

the Wells Farmers’ Market will be in full 

swing. Traditional Somerset cider, preserves, 

handmade cakes, artisanal breads and local 

cheeses are just some of the many products 

sold here by local suppliers at a market that 

won the Taste of the West’s Gold Award in 

2015. After exploring the market, we will meet 

our guide outside our hotel for a walking tour 

of Wells. We will learn about the history of 

Wells Cathedral, the famous 14th Century 

astronomical clock, The Bishop’s Palace, the 

town crier and the remarkable Vicars’ Close. 

We can then enjoy lunch in one of the 

numerous cafés before exploring the many 

interesting sites, which our guide has 

introduced to us, at our leisure. 

Day 4 Today we enjoy a day at the popular 

seaside resort of Weston-super-Mare. Nestled 

at the foot of the Mendip Hills, Weston-super- 

Mare is a great British seaside resort with good 

old traditional fun to be had, where miles of 

sprawling sand meet a lovely promenade 

boasting superb views. You can discover the 

restored Grand Pier, do a little shopping, or if 

you’re feeling brave, how about a trip on the 

40m high Wheel of Weston!

Experience the splendor of Northern Spain with a tour to the Cantabrian

Day 1-2 After our local pick-ups we travel to 

Portsmouth to catch our overnight ferry to 

Santander. We arrive in Santander late 

afternoon the following day and travel the 

short distance to our hotel in Suances. 

Day 3 Today we have a free day to enjoy our 

local resort. Suances is a beautiful town with 

wonderful sandy beaches around Dichoso 

Point, a natural harbour with cliffs. It has a rich 

history dating back to Roman times when it 

was known as Portus Blendium. Now a major 

tourist town, it still retains its love of fishing and 

enjoys an appetite for gastronomy. 

Day 4 Today we drive to Bilbao. You could visit 

the Guggenheim Museum, the old quarter 

and Gothic cathedral. After lunch, travel back 

towards Santander, visiting the coastal villages 

of Laredo and Castro Urdiales. Castro Urdiales 

has all the charm of a small seafaring and 

fishing village with a rich tradition and tourist 

atmosphere, aided by its beaches. 

Day 5 Your choice today you can either spend 

more time at your hotel or by the nearby 

beach or join us on an optional day trip. Our 

optional trip is a spectacular drive through the 

Picos de Europa National Park, you will see 

some of Spain’s most striking mountains. Visit 

the Monasterio de Santo Toribio, near Potes, 

where a relic of Christ’s cross is believed to be 

kept. At nearby Fuente Dé, take a ride on 

the cable car for unforgettable views (local 

charges will apply). 

Day 6 We visit Santander and see the Virgen 

de la Asunción Cathedral and the Sardinero 

beach. You could catch the tourist train around 

the Parque de la Magdalena in the grounds of 

the Real Palacio de la Magdalena (Magdalena 

Royal Palace) or maybe visit the Cabo Mayor 

lighthouse, built in 1839 overlooking the sea. 

Day 7-8 We have a free morning to relax 

before we start our journey back. We travel 

back to Santander and catch our overnight 

ferry back to Portsmouth.

A Tribute to Whitney 

Houston at Nidd Hall 

Relax in the adult only Warner Leisure Hotel, Nidd Hall set near Harrogate 

in the heart of Yorkshire. The story goes that the Grade II listed retreat is 

where Edward VIII first met Wallis Simpson. The magnificent hotel was built 

in the 1820s for Benjamin Rawson, a wealthy Bradford wool merchant, on 

the site of an Elizabethan manor house. 

Day 1 After our departure from our last 

main pick up point, we travel north with 

suitable stops en-route to our hotel for the 

next 3 nights. 

Day 2 Today we take you on a circular tour 

through the picturesque Yorkshire Dales, 

with a photo opportunity at the famous 

Ribblehead Viaduct on our way to the 

lovely market town of Hawes, also home to 

the Wensleydale Creamery made famous 

by Wallace and Gromit. We then continue to 

Leyburn for an authentic heritage Railway trip 

with the Wensleydale Railway. Beyond 

Leyburn the dale scenery takes a marked 

change. On emerging from the cutting to the 

west of the station, the full splendor of midwensleydale 

can be seen. Long views across 

the dale to Penhill are possible and the 

outlook from Redmire Station is one of the 

best views in the dales. The train waits at 

Redmire for a short time, allowing a photo 

opportunity, before starting its return journey 

back. The whole journey takes approximately 

1 hour 15 minutes. 

Day 3 In the morning we enjoy some time at 

leisure in Harrogate, why not enjoy a cup of 

tea and cake at the famous Betty’s Tea Room 

or visit the Royal Pump Museum. In the 

afternoon, we visit the Royal Horticultural 

Society Garden, Harlow Carr, situated on the 

western edge of Harrogate. The garden is the 

most recent addition to the RHS, having been 

acquired in 2001. The gardens cover 68 acres 

and are set in a valley. The garden has a wide 

variety of growing landscapes, from running 

and still water to woodland and wildflower 

meadows. 

Day 4 We return home via the retail outlet, 

Boundary Mills in Grantham for a leisurely 

lunch stop before we continue our journey 

back to our local area.

Day 1 After our local pick-ups we travel to 

Heysham for our ferry to Douglas. After our 

ferry crossing we travel on to our hotel in time 

for dinner. 

Day 2 After breakfast this morning, we make 

a short journey into town to visit the Manx 

Museum, where we can watch a film about 

the island’s fascinating 10,000 year old history 

and spend a couple of hours exploring the 

art gallery and various interesting exhibitions 

devoted entirely to all things Manx! We travel 

to the Manx Electric Railway Depot where 

we will take the electric railway northwards 

towards Laxey, home to the world’s largest 

working waterwheel. The Great Laxey Wheel 

(also known as the Lady Isabella) really is a 

remarkable example of Victorian engineering 

and has drawn tourists to the Isle of Man to 

admire its 72 foot stature for the past 150 

years. It is majestically positioned in the heart 

of the Glen Mooar Valley. After lunch we board 

the Snaefell Mountain Railway, which will 

take us to the summit of the island’s only 

mountain, from which the views (2,036 feet 

above sea level) are absolutely breath-taking! 

On a clear day, you should be able to see 

Ireland, England, Wales and Scotland! We 

can have a tea or coffee (not included in tour 

price) in the Summit Café before returning to 

the Mountain Railway, the only one of its kind 

in the British Isles and which has been in 

operation since 1895. 

Day 3 Today we explore the more southerly 

regions of the island by travelling on the 

longest narrow gauge steam line in Britain. 

The Isle of Man Steam Railway really is a 

perfectly maintained, original Victorian train 

system that will take you from Douglas 

through the Manx countryside to the island’s 

capital, Castletown. Here, we will have the 

opportunity to explore the historical capital 

city of the Isle of Man before meeting our 

coach and travelling to Peel and ultimately to 

the House of Manannan, named after the 

island’s mythological sea god. You will have 

the opportunity to step inside a Celtic 

roundhouse, stroll through a Viking longhouse, 

eavesdrop on the fisherfolks’ superstitious 

stories, discover the sights and smells of a 

Manx Kipper Yard and watch the mist rising 

through stone crosses whilst listening to 

ancient Celtic tales and legends being recited 

by Egodonas, the Celtic storyteller. This really 

is a most evocative and highly memorable 

experience. We will then return to our hotel in 

time for dinner when we can share stories with 

our fellow guests! 

Day 4 Today we have a free day to relax and 

enjoy Douglas.

through Germany, into Austria to our hotel in 

the Tyrol for 6 nights. 

Day 3 Today we have a half-day excursion to 

the medieval town of Rattenberg, where we 

will visit the family-owned Café Hacker for a 

traditional demonstration of strudel making 

and tasting. The town is also home of the 

Kisslinger Glass Factory and you can watch a 

glassblowing demonstration. 

Day 4 We travel to Jenbach, where we will 

board the narrow gauge railway to Seespitz 

and head to the Achensee to cruise on the 

largest and most beautiful of the Tirolean 

lakes. We return via Pertisau, where pretty 

chalet style houses are dwarfed by the 

surrounding Karwendel Alps. 

Day 5 After breakfast today we visit the 

Herrenchiemsee Palace, located on an island 

in the middle of Bavaria’s largest lake, we 

access this by a special boat. 

Day 6 Today we enjoy an excursion around 

the Ziller and Pinzgau valleys, including a stop 

in the charming town of Kitzbühel, a famous 

ski resort. Continue to the picturesque town of 

Mayrhofen. We then take a ride on the historic 

Ziller Valley Steam train, which will take you 

on a nostalgic journey through magnificent 

scenery to Fügen whilst enjoying some live 

music and a glass of local schnapps en-route. 

Day 7 Today is a free day to relax and explore 

the local area. 

Days 8-9 Today we depart for the homeward 

journey via Germany for an overnight stop 

in Saarbrücken before continuing next day 

to Calais for our Eurotunnel crossing back to

countryside from our seats on this nostalgic 

heritage train are breathtaking. When we 

reach Kingswear, we cross the River Dart 

to Dartmouth on a foot ferry. Where we have 

free time to explore and enjoy lunch before 

we re-trace our steps back to our hotel. 

Day 3 Today we visit Dawlish and Teignmouth. 

The picturesque Victorian town of Dawlish has 

decorative flower beds and the Dawlish brook 

that runs through the town is home to the 

famous black swans. Teignmouth is an historic 

port on the mouth of the Teign estuary. It has 

all the attractions of a seaside town, including 

a Victorian pier, a shopping area and 

interesting old back streets.

Day 2 This morning, we travel to Rawtenstall 

and embark on a nostalgic steam journey 

on the East Lancashire Railway to the famous 

market town of Bury. From Bury, we travel 

to Wilmslow to enjoy lunch at leisure 

before making our way to the architecturally 

impressive Imperial War Museum North 

in Manchester and spend the afternoon 

discovering The Air Shard and Viewing 

Platform and a fabulous permanent exhibition 

of warplanes and historic vehicles involved 

in conflict around the world over the last 

100 years. Alternatively you can enjoy free time 

in Manchester. 

Day 3 We enjoy time at leisure in Liverpool, a 

vibrant city with a rejuvenated Albert Dock 

and bustling city centre. Alternatively, join 

us for an optional guided city tour of 

Liverpool (not included in the tour price), 

learning all there is to know about its history 

as an industrial force and, of course, it’s most 

famous sons. From the Liver Building to the 

Albert Dock, discover some of the city’s 

impressive landmarks as well as explore some 

of the locations frequented by John, Paul, 

Ringo and George such as the Cavern Club, 

where the late Cilla Black also performed 

during her time there as a cloakroom 

attendant. 

Day 4 After breakfast we depart our hotel

Valley and the mysterious Forest of Dean. We cruise on the river Wye, we 

take a train journey through the ancient forest and we visit Ledbury as well 

as Hereford. All this combined with the excellent facilities, activities and

Burford in the Oxford Cotwolds for our lunch 

stop. We then continue our journey to 

Hereford and arrive at Warners with time to 

relax before dinner. 

Day 2 This morning is spent in the historic 

walled city of Hereford, you can stroll through 

the streets, and visit the Cathedral where we 

will find the famous ancient map of the world 

called Mappa Mundi and the World’s largest 

chained library. Later we decide individually 

to remain in the town and be picked up later 

or spend our afternoon at the hotel. 

Day 3 We enjoy a 45 minute cruise on the 

River Wye with panoramic views of the Wye 

Valley and the Symonds Yat Rock. After time 

for lunch in Monmouth, we delve into the 

Forest of Dean between the Rivers Wye and 

Severn to board the Dean Forest Railway for a 

9-mile round trip by steam or heritage diesel 

through the medieval forest whilst also 

enjoying a cream tea! 

Day 4 We travel to Ledbury to explore one 

of the most picturesque black and white 

timbered towns in the country. It is also 

renowned for its collection of fine dining 

restaurants. We spend most of the afternoon 

relaxing at the hotel. 

Day 5 We return home with a lengthy lunch

Day 1 With a comfort stop en route we

Litchfield in Staffordshire where you will find 

the famous cathedral with three spires. We’ll

picturesque North Wales coast. We visit 

Conwy, with its magnificent Edwardian Castle 

and quaint medieval streets. Then enjoy some 

time in Llandudno, a seaside resort which has

system and is now a World Heritage Site. 

Day 5 After breakfast we depart our hotel 

and return home via a mystery stop where we 

allow free time to explore and obtain lunch 

before we continue our journey home.

Victoria: The Tours 

From the spring of 2016, the live, working TV set located within the Harewood 

Estate in Leeds, that has played witness to many-a spectacle, will open its 

gates as cast and crew down scripts for the weekend and allow you to tread 

the tarmac and indulge in a fully guided tour of the popular, fictional village. 

You will be able to marvel at the beauty the picturesque farming village boasts 

as they meander down the lane to the surreal sight of stone cladded shops 

and homes nestled amongst the rolling hills. Sauntering past the familiar 

haunts of Home Farm, Bob’s Café, The Woolpack and the village Church. 

Day 1 After our local pick ups we have a lunch 

stop in the market town of Newark on the River 

Trent after lunch we then continue to our hotel. 

Day 2 This morning we travel to Harewood 

House for a guided tour of the house. 

Harewood House was recently used as a major 

set for ITV’s Victoria series. The crew filmed 

across Yorkshire for several months during 

winter 2015/16. Harewood was fortunate 

enough to be one of their key locations. To 

celebrate the success of the programme, the 

opulent rooms on Harewood’s State Floor 

will come to life with costumes from the 

programme. Outfits worn by Jenna Coleman 

who plays Queen Victoria will be displayed 

throughout the 2017 season. Alongside the 

costumes, the exhibition will present a behind 

the scenes look at filming in a grand House like 

Harewood. Learn how the team prepare and 

manage the house and discover how rooms 

are transformed into sets. After lunch we travel 

the very short distance to Harewood Estate for 

our guided tour of Emmerdale.

The Bristol International Balloon Fiesta 

is Europe’s largest annual meeting of 

hot air balloons, attracting over 150 

Hot Air Balloons from across the 

globe. The Fiesta truly is a sight that

four days in August at Ashton Court 

Estate, Alongside the fantastic site of 

hot air balloons filling the skies. 

Day 1 After our local pick-ups we make our 

way to Bath for time for you to get some lunch 

and do some sightseeing. 

Day 2 After breakfast, we will make our 

way to Bristol city centre where you can spend 

time at leisure exploring. In the afternoon we 

enjoy a Cream tea whilst we have a two-hour 

harbor cruise on board the Bagheera. 

Day 3 Today we spend the day at the Bristol 

International Balloon Fiesta. 

Day 4 We depart our hotel after breakfast and 

head back to Essex. On our journey home we

We join the crew of Croisieurope for an 8 day cruise from Bordeaux and 

return. Nestled between the ocean and an estuary, the Médoc is a renowned

Day 2 We continue our journey from Le 

Mans to Bordeaux arriving in Bordeaux

Day 3 We will cruise down the Garonne to the 

Gironde, passing alongside the islands of

Day 4 We start out early this morning, cruising 

along the Gironde to the estuary. We will 

arrive in Blaye around 2:00 p.m.

• We will leave on foot to visit the Blaye 

Citadel, built in the 17th century by 

Vauban in order to better protect the city of 

Bordeaux. 

We return on board for dinner and an evening 

of entertainment. We moor for the night in 

Blaye. 

Day 5 We set sail early this morning, taking 

breakfast as we cruise, heading towards 

Libourne. We join the river Dordogne and 

head for Libourne where we arrive in the early 

afternoon. Optional Excursion to Saint-Emilion 

– We have a guided visit of the underground 

monuments of Saint-Emilion village as our 

guide introduces us to the history of the 

medieval city. We then visit an exception 

Troglodyte settlement – the cave of Emilion, 

and we have a tasting to conclude our visit. 

We rejoin our floating hotel in Libourne at the 

end of the afternoon. After dinner on board 

we have an evening’s entertainment provided 

by our crew before we moor for the night. 

Day 6 We spend the morning cruising to 

Cadillac.

the hillsides in Cadillac. You'll cross the city, 

passing in front of the imposing Château

Day 7 Today we continue our cruise back to 

Bordeaux, arriving in the early afternoon.

Chartrons to see the locations and 

monuments in Bordeaux that have been 

listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites. 

Cycling along the Garonne to the Pont 

de Pierre, keep an eye out for the many 

amusing mascarons decorating the building 

facades. 

We return on board for dinner, and the rest 

of the evening is free. 

Day 8 After breakfast we set off on our 

optional excursion to the centre of the 

Arcachon Bay (lunch included). We will begin 

the tour with a visit to the oyster farms and 

museum situated at Larros Port. A modern, 

interactive sonography will help you to 

discover oyster farming and the history of 

the oyster. We then visit an oyster cabin where 

we will taste some oysters. We will have lunch 

in a local restaurant. Then back on the road to 

Arcachon, for a boat trip on the Bassin 

d’ Arcachon. You will see the Bird Island, 

the famous ‘Cabanes tchanquees’ houses on 

stilts and the oyster beds. We will then go 

to the Great Dune of Pilat, at 107m the highest 

sand dune in Europe. The view from the top 

is awe-inspiring. We return to Bordeaux at 

the end of the day. Tonight is our gala evening 

followed by an evening of dancing. 

Day 9 We enjoy breakfast before disembarking 

at 9:00 a.m and make our way to our overnight 

hotel in Le Havre. 

Day 10 We return to Calais for our Eurotunnel 

crossing to Folkestone.

Chocolate, Railways 

& The Ribble Valley 

Ribble Valley is the largest district in Lancashire in terms of area, the majority 

of which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Here you 

will find velvet green valleys, commanding fells and heather strewn moorland 

among the breath-taking scenery of picturesque countryside. Positioned in 

the ageless landscape of rural Lancashire, this area remains relatively 

unexplored. At 300 square miles, time appears to have bypassed this historic 

area immersed in rich heritage. 

Day 1 We depart our local area heading 

for the north west of England and our hotel 

in Leyland. On arrival we enjoy a welcome 

tea/coffee whilst our luggage is taken to 

our room. 

Day 2 This morning we enjoy a scenic 

drive through the picturesque Ribble Valley 

towards Gawthorpe Hall, affectionately 

known as the ‘Downton of the North’. This 

Elizabethan gem hosts an extraordinary textile 

collection, showcasing intricate needlework, 

lace and costume in addition to contemporary 

pieces. The Long Gallery is home to portraits 

of society figures from the 17th century, some 

of which are on loan from the National Portrait 

Gallery in London. 

Day 3 We travel to Rawtenstall where we step 

back in time for a nostalgic trip on a steam 

train along the East Lancashire Railway. Our 

journey takes us through the beautiful 

Lancashire countryside to the market town 

of Bury. We make our way to the world 

famous Bury Market, which is perhaps best 

known for the traditional Lancashire black 

pudding. There is free time to explore and 

have lunch before we continue to the Fred 

Dibnah Heritage Centre. The museum tells 

the story of this well-known engineer, 

steeplejack and English eccentric. 

Day 4 Our first stop this morning is a short 

ride from our hotel to The Chocolate House in 

Blackburn. We enjoy a chocolate making 

demonstration, along with a cup of tea or 

coffee and some samples of chocolate to 

tantalise our taste buds. In the afternoon 

we visit historic Samlesbury Hall, a fabulous 

half-timbered black and white Medieval 

house built in 1325 as a family home. We will 

enjoy a guided tour which brings the history 

to life and tells tales of intrigue and witchcraft 

through the centuries.

Zundert is located just over the border from Belgium, and on the first Sunday 

in September, it is host to the annual Zundert Flower Parade which attracts 

tens of thousands of visitors every year. It is one of the most beautiful parades 

in the Netherlands, and has been turning heads since 1936. 


Folkestone for the Eurotunnel crossing to

Day 2 Today we travel to Rotterdam 

for the World Port Day, a delight for 

people of all ages who love sailing ships, 

ports and maritime adventures. Spectacular 

demonstrations on the water, impressive ships 

and exciting port excursions. This World Port 

event gives an insight into Europe’s largest 

harbour. A wide range of activities is offered 

to the visitors This large, annual maritime event 

offers all kind of activities such as ship tours, 

naval activities, demonstrations, seminars, 

excursions, exhibitions, music and fireworks. 

Visitors can furthermore enjoy breathtaking 

stunts and spectacular action from the Erasmus 

Bridge or from the Wilhelminakade. 

Day 3 After breakfast you can spend the 

morning looking around Zundert and enjoy the 

entertainers dotted around the streets. Browse 

the local markets before taking your place for 

the parade. The afternoon is spent watching 

the Flower Parade which volunteers have been 

preparing for a whole year to create. Zundert 

also provides music and theatre performances 

throughout the town. 

Day 4 After breakfast we make our way back 

to Calais for our Eurotunnel crossing with 

comfort stops along the way. We aim to arrive 

in our local area mid-late evening.

The breathtaking beauty of the mountain scenery, meandering streams, lush 

valleys and hidden glens of the coastal areas of County Cork is owed, in part,

tour really is a gardener’s dream come true. 

Day 1 Early morning departure from our 

local pick-up area with motorway stops enroute 

to Pembroke for our afternoon sailing to 

Rosslare. We travel from Rosslare to Waterford 

for our overnight stop at the Treacys Hotel. 

Day 2 After breakfast, we spend the morning 

at leisure. You could visit the Waterford 

Crystal Visitor Centre, home of the world's 

most famous crystal, the Museum of Treasures, 

the Kite Design Centre or the newly opened 

Bishops Palace (local charges will apply). In the 

afternoon, we travel onwards to Bantry and 

check into our main Hotel. 

Day 3 After a leisurely breakfast this morning, 

we will visit Bantry House and Gardens, a 

family home for the past 300 years, where 

we will be treated to a guided tour of the 

house. We will see furniture and tapestries 

from Versailles, the Ante Room and a dramatic 

dining room as well as the bedrooms. We 

can then explore the stunning formal gardens 

at our leisure and enjoy a homemade lunch 

in the Tearoom (not included). We will spend 

the rest of the day exploring the stunning 

seaside resort of Bantry, with its semi-tropical 

flowers, palm trees, high mountain ridges 

and cascading mountain streams leading to an 

azure blue sea. 

Day 4 This morning we will drive to the 

beautiful harbour town of Glengarriff, enjoy 

lunch (not included) in one of the harbour 

restaurants and then take the Garnish Island 

Ferry from the Pier to the amazing garden 

island of Garnish via the magical Seal Island, 

where a colony of tame seals resides! The 

Gardens themselves comprise a number of 

features all of which are nestled within the 

protection of woodlands planted 100 years 

ago. This shelter, combined with the effects of 

the gulf stream and the unique configuration 

of Glengarriff Harbour, results in a unique 

micro climate in which an amazing range of 

exotic species flourish.

Glenridding to board a steam boat to cruise 

the length of Lake Ullswater with views of

Day 3 This morning we join minibuses owned 

by the highly respected ‘Mountain Goat’ 

company to witness stunning views that are 

inaccessible by coach. During the rest of the 

day we will have time to enjoy a narrow gauge 

heritage train ride on the Ravenglass & 

Eskdale Railway, see England’s deepest lake 

and visit the grounds of the 14th Century 

Muncaster Castle and the World Owl Trust. 

Day 4 Today we take a magical journey on the 

Lakeside and Haverthwaite Railway, the only 

standard gauge preserved railway in the Lake 

District. This steam railway takes you through 

breathtaking scenery of the Leven Valley 

from Haverthwaite to Lakeside at the southern 

tip of Windermere. Here we take a cruise on 

Windermere, England’s largest lake, for a 

stunning voyage giving us magnificent views 

of mountain scenery, secluded bays and the 

wooded islands. We disembark at Bowness 

and enjoy some shopping time at your leisure 

before our coach takes us back to our hotel 

for our evening meal.

of Wight Steam Railway. We join one of their 

vintage steam locomotives for a special 

journey back in time. We breathe in the 

evocative smells of a real steam railway, 

while our eyes and ears thrill to the puffing 

and hissing of the steam engine. Settle 

back in beautifully restored Victorian and 

Edwardian carriages and enjoy unique views 

of the countryside.

For many years, towns along the Rhine and Moselle rivers celebrate their 

annual wine festivals in the autumn. The harvest is over and it’s time to 

try the fermented, freshly pressed white and red grape juice, called 

Federweisser, which is traditionally matched with Zwiebelkuchen, a delicious 

type of onion tart. Indisputable highlights are the fireworks at night tied to

Folkestone for the Eurotunnel crossing to 

Calais. We then proceed to our hotel with 

comfort stops on route. 

Day 2 Today we will enjoy a leisurely cruise 

from Boppard along the Rhine to the ancient 

Roman town of Koblenz, positioned at the 

junction between the Moselle and Rhine rivers. 

Castles, palaces, fortresses and towers are ours 

to explore (local charges may apply) before we 

embark on our return river cruise to Boppard 

later this afternoon. 

Day 3 Today you have a free day to explore 

the Roman town of Boppard, with its 

excellent promenade and panoramic views 

of the river on one side and the Hunsrück 

hills on the other. You can discover the 

Roman Fort, the 12th Century St. Severus 

Church, the 14th Century Carmelite Church, 

the baroque Church of St. Pankratius, the 

Provestry in Hirzenach and, in the town centre, 

the Electoral Castle of Boppard. In the evening 

you can enjoy the highlight of your holiday 

on the Rhine River. We depart at 5:30 p.m for 

a boat cruise on the Rhine River from Boppard 

upstream sailing past numerous castles on the 

Rhine river. From approximately 8.30pm, the 

house fronts of St. Goar and St. Goarshausen 

and the medieval castles will be beautifully 

illuminated. Light rings will spread across 

the Rhine river and the castles Katz and 

Rheinfels and the Rhine river hills will be 

illuminates. Four firework displays will take 

place from Castle Katz, the harbor in St. Goar, 

the castle Rheinfels and from a ferry in 

the middle of the Rhine, lighting up the valley 

in a spectacular display. Whilst on board 

we enjoy a 1 course evening meal and from 

6pm onwards there will be DJ music and 

dance on deck 2 for the young at heart (not 

so loud music of the 70s, 80s, 90s and hits of 

the last years). We return to Boppard on the 

Rhine River about 11:25 p.m. 

Day 4 Today we enjoy a scenic drive though 

one of Germany’s most picturesque river 

valleys. We follow the twists and turns of the 

Moselle as we make our way towards the 

oldest German city, Trier. Here, you will have 

time to discover the Roman gate, Porta Nigra, 

and the 4th Century Roman Basilica, believed 

to have been the Emperor Constantine’s 

throne room. You may also choose to visit the 

Roman Imperial Baths, the cathedral or the 

Trier Archaeological Museum during your time 

here (local charges will apply). 

Day 5 After breakfast we make our way back 

to Calais for our Eurotunnel crossing with 

comfort stops along the way.

Day 1 After our local pick ups we make 

our way to Wales with suitable comfort stops 

on route, we arrive at our hotel and enjoy a 

welcome cup of tea or coffee while our bags 

are taken to our room. 

Day 2 We will spend the morning relaxing 

at our lovely hotel before departing after 

lunch to the Hall at Abbey-Cwm-Hir, a 

Grade II listed property and one of Wales’ 

finest examples of Victorian Gothic Revival 

Architecture. Paul and Victoria Humpherston 

bought the Hall in late 1997 and spent 9 years 

restoring it to its original Gothic splendour 

and it is now renowned for its stunning 

interiors and fascinating collections. We 

will enjoy a private guided tour of the house 

and estate by either Paul or Victoria or a 

close family member. Don’t forget to wear 

comfortable walking shoes! 

Day 3 This morning, we make our way to 

the border town of Presteigne and discover a 

most unusual house and a hidden Welsh gem, 

The Judge’s Lodging. From the stunningly 

restored judge’s apartments to the dingy 

servants’ quarters below you can explore their 

gas lit world. Damp cells remind you of the 

building’s true purpose, along with the vast 

courtroom where you will hear echoes of the 

trial of William Morgan, local duck thief. 

We will then make our way to the National 

Trust property of Powis Castle where we 

can enjoy lunch before exploring what was 

once a stark medieval fortress of Welsh 

princes, which has since been transformed 

by family fortune into a richly decorated 

Baroque castle. 

Day 4 Today, we make our way to the Brecon 

Beacons National Park via Hay-on-Wye, the 

famous “town of books” and home to the 

Hay Literature Festival during the last week 

of May, attracting some 80,000 writers, 

publishers and literature fans! During the rest 

of the year, this pretty market town on the 

edge of the Brecon Beacons is a mecca for 

books, boasting 30 major bookshops. After 

lunch, we will then enjoy a trip through the 

scenic Brecon Beacons towards the famous 

Penderyn Distillery Visitor Centre. On arrival, 

we will be greeted by our tour guide who 

will take us through to the exhibition area 

and the distillery itself. After the tour, we 

will visit the tasting bar before returning to 

our hotel through the rugged beauty of 

the Beacons. 

Day 5 After breakfast we leave Llandrindod 

Wells and head back to Essex we make 

suitable comfort stops on our route back.

Diano Marina, Italy 

Diano Marina, in the heart of the Italian Riviera boasts an extremely warm 

climate. The coast consists of rocky headlands with sheltered sandy beaches. 

Surrounded by beautiful countryside and tree-covered slopes bursting with 

oranges, lemons, vines and flowers, it is easy to see why this region is known 

as ‘The Riviera of Flowers’. 

Days 1-2 We travel to Folkestone for our 

crossing to Calais by Eurotunnel. We then 

continue our journey to Dijon for an overnight 

stop before driving the next day through 

France, into Italy to our hotel in Diano Marina 

for the next 6 nights. 

Day 3 This morning we will visit Museo 

dell’Olivo, Imperia, located in a beautiful 

Art Nouveau building in the heart of one of 

the most important olive oil cultivating 

areas on the Mediterranean. We will then 

make our way to San Remo for the remainder 

of the afternoon. 

Day 4 Today, we will spend the day relaxing 

with a book by the pool or walking along the 

lovely sandy beach near our hotel. 

Day 5 Today, we will follow the scenic coastal 

road into France and visit the famous resort 

of Monte Carlo. You can visit the Prince’s 

Palace with its 15th Century frescoes, its 

Louis XVth lounge and the Throne Room with 

its impressive Renaissance fireplace. The 17th 

Century Palatine Chapel and St. Mary’s Tower 

are also very impressive (local charges may 

apply). You can then purchase lunch in one 

of the many restaurants overlooking the 

harbour or sit on the harbour wall and 

enjoy the sunshine whilst admiring the 

magnificent yachts of the rich and famous. 

Day 6 Today, we will enjoy a lovely drive along 

the Italian Riviera to the historical port city of 

Genoa, birthplace of Christopher Columbus. 

With its pastel-coloured houses topped with 

terracotta roofs, beautiful old palaces and 

churches, the historical centre of Genoa is 

simply brimming with quaint, tiny streets 

and alleys. In Piazza Dante, you can visit the 

birthplace and museum of Christopher 

Columbus, wander down the famous Via 

Garibaldi with its impressive baroque buildings 

and explore the Old Harbour and its worldclass 

Aquarium (local charges may apply). 

Days 7-8 Today we depart for our homeward 

journey via France for an overnight stop in 

Dijon before continuing next day to Calais for 

our Eurotunnel crossing back to the UK.

DOES THIS TRADING CHARTER APPLY TO MY BOOKING? 

Yes, if you are booking a ‘package’ to which the Package Travel Holidays 

and Package Tour Regulations 1992 apply and which does not comprise 

a flight. In brief those Regulations apply to a booking of at least two of 

the following components when sold or offered for sale at an inclusive 

price and when the service covers a period of more than twenty-four 

hours or includes overnight accommodation:- 

• Transport 

• Accommodation 

• Other tourist services not ancillary to transport or accommodation 

and accounting for a significant proportion of the package. 

WHY SHOULD I READ THIS? 

Because it is very important. Our Trading Charter forms a key part of 

our agreement with you and forms the basis of a legally binding contract 

between you as the lead name making the booking, anyone else in your 

party and us. 

When you make this booking as the lead name you undertake that you 

have the authority to accept, and do no accept, on behalf of your party 

the terms of these booking conditions. This contract is made subject to 

the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by English 

Law, and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 

If your holiday involves any travel by air your contract will be with the 

ATOL holder named on the individual brochure page. These contract 

terms and financial guarantees will not apply to any holiday involving 

any type of flight. Instead, you will be supplied with the full booking 

conditions of the ATOL holder arranging your holiday. Your booking 

agent will have a copy or alternatively you can request one prior to 

booking your holiday either by telephoning us or in person at our office. 

If you did not see this this trading charter before you made your booking 

and you are not happy to proceed with the booking now that you have 

seen it please return all documentation to us within 7 days of receiving 

this charter. Your booking will be cancelled and your monies will be 

returned in full, provided you have not commenced your travel. 

HOW AND WHEN DO I MAKE THIS CONTRACT WITH YOU? 

To make a booking you can either call into our office or telephone 

one of our dedicated booking staff. If you decide to make a provisional 

booking, we can hold these places for you without obligation for a 

period of 7 days. Please note that provisional bookings will be cancelled 

automatically if a deposit is not received to secure a booking within 

this time. 

HOW IS MY HOLIDAY MONEY PROTECTED? 

Both Kevendys Travel and Nycer Coach Breaks comply with the 1992 

Package Travel Regulations by placing all advance payments in a 

separate Co-Operative Bank Trust Account that is managed by 

appointed trustees. If you ever become concerned about our financial 

affairs, please contact our office for further information. These contact 

details are however contained on all confirmation booking invoices. 

Both companies are also members of BAWTA. The BAWTA Repatriation 

Scheme guarantees that, if we ceased trading whilst we had passengers 

on tour abroad, they would be repatriated to their local area (but not 

directly to their homes) in the UK. 

WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY FOR MY HOLIDAY AND HOW MUCH? 

At the time of booking you will need to pay a deposit for each person 

named on the booking. The balance must be paid before the due dated 

printed on your confirmation invoice. We do not send reminders for 

payment. If you make a booking within our balance due period you will 

need to pay the total holiday cost at the time of booking. 

• A deposit of £39 is required on all coach holidays priced under £400. 

• A deposit of £59 is required on all coach holidays priced over £400. 

• Deposits on Air Holidays will differ and will state on the brochure 

page. 

CAN YOU CHANGE THE PRICE OF MY HOLIDAY AFTER YOU 

HAVE ISSUED THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION? 

Yes we can, but only in very limited circumstances. The price of your 

holiday can be varied due to changes in:- 

• Transportation costs such as fuel and/or fuel tax, ferry operators fares 

and tolls, embarkation or disembarkation fees at terminal. 

• Exchange rates applied to the particular holiday booked. 

• Due and taxes including changes in VAT or any Government imposed 

changes. 

In the case of any small variation, an amount equivalent to 2% of the 

price of your holiday, which excludes any amendment charges, will be 

absorbed. If this means that you have to pay more than 10% of the price 

of your holiday, you may cancel it and receive a full refund of all monies 

paid, except for any amendment charges. 

Should you decided to cancel for this reason, you must exercise your 

right to do so within 14 days of receiving your notification of change. 

Alternatively, you can accept an offer of an alternative comparable 

holiday of equivalent or superior quality, if available, or an alternative 

holiday of lower quality, if available. You may then transfer payment 

made in respect of your original holiday to the alternative holiday. 

If the cost of the alternative holiday is less than the original holiday and 

you have paid your final balance, the difference in price will be refunded 

to you. We will also pay your compensation as set out below. 

CAN I CHANGE MY HOLIDAY ARRANGEMENTS? 

After we have issued our booking confirmation we will do our best to 

accommodate any change you may want to make but we cannot 

guarantee to do so. Any changes must be notified to us in writing and 

signed by the person who made the booking with us. If we are able to 

make the changes an amendment fee of £10 per booking, per person 

will be payable plus any additional charge for the facilities requested. 

CAN I TRANSFER MY BOOKING TO SOMEONE ELSE? 

Yes you can transfer your booking to someone else provided you give 

us reasonable notice. This person must be able to satisfy all the 

conditions for the holiday and a change cannot normally be made later 

than seven days prior to departure. We will make an administration 

charge of £10 per booking for every transfer we make plus any 

reasonable additional costs caused by the transfer. 

You will remain responsible for ensuring that the holiday is paid by the 

balance due date. 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY HOLIDAY? 

You, or any member of your party, may cancel at any time provided 

that the cancellation is made by the person that made the booking 

and is communicated to us in writing to our office. You will have to pay 

cancellation charges set out in the scale below to cover our estimated 

loss resulting from your cancellation. If you are insured against 

cancellation you may be able to recover the charges from your insurer. 

Your cancellation will take effect from the date we receive your written 

confirmation of your cancellation. A reduction in room occupancy may 

increase the charges for the remaining passengers by the application of 

supplements for single occupancy rooms.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CHANGE MY HOLIDAY? 

The arrangements for your holiday will usually have been made many 

months in advance. Sometimes changes are unavoidable and we 

reserve the right to make them. Most of these changes are likely to be 

minor and we will do our best to keep you informed. If after booking 

and before departure, we make a significant change to your holiday you 

will have the option of withdrawing from the holiday without penalty or 

alternatively you may transfer to another holiday without paying an 

administration fee. In either case we will pay you compensation 

according to the scale set out below. A significant change includes a 

change in departure time or return time of more than 12 hours, a change 

of location of resort or quality of hotel (excluding single overnight hotels 

on touring holidays where the quality of the hotel is comparable), or a 

change of mode when crossing the Channel. If you withdraw from the 

holiday because we have made a significant change or if we have to 

cancel your holiday for any reason other than non-payment by you we 

will offer you the choice of: 

• A comparable replacement holiday if available; or 

• A replacement holiday of lower quality together with a refund of the 

price difference; or: 

• A full refund of the money you have paid. 

When we have notified you of the changes and options available, you 

must tell us your decision as soon as possible and within any timescale 

we need to set bearing in mind the need to safeguard the holiday 

arrangements of other customers.

Payment of compensation according to the scale set out above will 

not affect your statutory right to claim further compensation if, in all 

circumstances, you remain dissatisfied. 

If prior to departure, we make a significant change to your holiday 

arrangements or cancel your holiday we will pay you compensation as 

stated above unless:- 

• The holiday is cancelled because the number of persons who 

agreed to take it is less than the minimum number required, and you 

were informed of the cancellation in writing before the balance due 

date. 

• The holiday is cancelled by reason of unusual or unforeseeable 

circumstances beyond the control, the consequences of which could 

not have been avoided even if all due care had bee exercised. These 

circumstances include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist 

activity industrial disputes, fire, quarantine epidemic or health risks, 

natural or nuclear disasters, port terminal closures and adverse 

weather conditions. 

If after departure, we need to make a change to a significant proportion 

of your holiday we will do our best to make suitable alternative 

arrangements at no extra cost to you. 

WHAT IS THE EXTENT OF OUR LIABILITY? 

We accept responsibility if you or any of member of your party is killed 

or injured as a result of an accident forming part of your holiday 

arrangements, booked with us; or if any part of your holiday 

arrangements, booked with us in the UK, is not as described in the 

brochure or not of a reasonable standard; if the failure in your holiday 

arrangements or any death or personal injury is due to any fault on our 

part or that of our suppliers whilst acting in the course of their 

employment. We do not accept responsibility if the failure, death or 

personal injury is not caused by any fault of ours or our suppliers or is 

caused by or someone not connected with your holiday arrangements; 

or if the failure, death or personal injury is due to unusual or unforeseen 

circumstances, which, even will all due care, we, or our suppliers, could 

not have anticipated or avoided. 

For claims that do not involve personal injury, illness or death, the most 

we will have to pay if we are liable to you is twice the price per person 

affected paid for their holiday. We will only have to pay this maximum 

amount if everything has gone wrong and you have received no benefit 

from your holiday. 

If you or any member of your party is killed, injured or becomes ill as a 

result of transport by ships, train or coach, any liability which we may 

have to pay compensation is limited in line with the Athens Convention 

(applies to transport by ship), the Berne Convention (applies to transport 

by rail) and the Geneva Convention (applies to transport by road). You 

can get copies of the relevant conventions from us if you ask. You should 

also note that these conventions may limit or remove the carrier’s liability 

to you and the amount which the carrier has to pay to you. 

If we make payment to you or any member of your party for death, 

personal injury or illness, you will be asked to assign to us or our insurers 

the rights you may have to take action against the person or organization 

responsible for causing death, personal injury or illness. 

Our suppliers (such as accommodation or attractions) have their own 

booking conditions or conditions of carriage, and these conditions are 

binding between you and the supplier. Some of these conditions may 

limit or remove the relevant transport provider’s or other supplier’s 

liability to you. 

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I HAVE TO COMPLAIN? 

If you have a complaint during your holiday you should tell the 

driver/tour manager or supplier at the earliest opportunity so that they 

can their utmost to resolve the problem immediately. If they are unable 

to resolve the problem to your satisfaction you should complete a 

Holiday Report Form which is available from the driver/tour manager. 

If, on your return from holiday, you remain dissatisfied you should write 

within 28 days to our office address of 13 Riverside House, Lower 

Southend Road, Wickford, Essex SS11 8BB. In your letter you will need 

to quote your booking reference number and departure date. If you do 

not tell us at the earliest opportunity about a problem giving rise to your 

complaint we cannot take steps to investigate and rectify it. In deciding 

how to respond to your complaint we will take into account the date 

you first drew the problem to the attention of our driver/tour manager 

or supplier. 

OUR COACHES 

We will always use our reasonable endeavors to provide a coach to the 

specification as described in our brochure or advertisement but reserve 

the right to substitute an alternative vehicle should unforeseen 

circumstances arise. There is a seating plan of the coach for each 

package, but it is possible that on occasions operational reasons will 

require a coach with a different configuration to be used. 

We therefore reserve the right to alter a coach-seating plan and allocate 

seats other than those you have booked. 

Requests for particular seats can be made on most packages when 

booking but because allocations are made on a first come first served 

basis you are recommended to book early. When you make your 

booking you will be offered the best seats that are available at that time. 

Specific seats will not be allocated on coaches which operate on feeder 

services between joining points and main package departure points, on 

coaches which carry out transfers to and from seaports or on holidays 

to the Channel Islands. 

HOTEL FACILITIES 

Some hotel facilities, such as indoor or outdoor swimming pools or 

leisure facilities may from time to time be withdrawn for routine 

maintenance or be subject to seasonal availability. The provision of 

these facilities is therefore not guaranteed. 

HEALTH & SAFETY DURING YOUR HOLIDAY 

In some foreign countries, standards of infrastructure, safety and hygiene 

may be lower than those to which we are accustomed in the UK. You 

should therefore exercise greater care for your own protection. Further 

information can be obtained from your GP who can provide you with 

the leaflet ‘Health Advice for Travellers’ published by the Department 

of Health. Some people may be at risk from discomfort or deep vain 

thrombosis (DVT) if they remain immobile on a journey for a long period 

of time. If you are planning to undertake a bus or coach journey of more 

than 3 hours you should consult your doctor if you have ever had DVT 

or pulmonary embolism, a family history of clotting conditions, cancer 

or treatment for cancer, a stroke, heart or lung disease. 

PASSENGER BEHAVIOUR 

We want all our customers to have a happy and carefree holiday. But 

you must remember that you are responsible for your behavior and the 

effect it may have on others. If you or any member of your party is 

abusive or disruptive or behaves in a way which, in our reasonable 

opinion, could cause damage or injury to others or effect their 

enjoyment of their holiday, or which could damage property, we have 

the right, after reasonable consideration, to terminate your contract with 

us. If this happens we will have no further obligations or liability to you. 

The coach driver/tour manager, ship captain or authorized official of 

other means of transport is entitled to refuse you boarding if in their 

reasonable opinion you are unacceptably under the influence of drink 

or drugs or you are being violent and disruptive. If you are refused 

boarding on your outward journey we will regard it as a cancellation by 

you and we will apply cancellation charges according to the scale set 

out above. If the refusal is on the return journey we have the right to 

terminate the contract and will have no further obligations of liability to 

you. 

NO SMOKING POLICY 

Smoking is not permitted on our coaches. 

PICK UP POINT, ITINERARIES, TRAVEL DOCUMENTS 

AND PASSPORT 

You are responsible for ensuring that you are at the correct departure 

point, at the correct time, with the correct documents and we cannot 

be held liable for any loss or expense suffered by you or your party 

because of an incorrect passport or late arrival at the departure point. 

If you are a British citizen travelling outside the United Kingdom you 

must have a full UK passport valid for a minimum of six months after 

your scheduled return date. Non UK citizens must seek passport and 

visa advice from the relevant consulates or embassies of the countries 

you plant to visit prior to making a booking for one of our packages (and 

you are advised to check with the relevant consulates or embassy to 

ensure you allow sufficient time before your departure to apply for a 

visa). The name on the passport must match the name on the ticket.
