Connoisseurs Choice is one of the most easily identified range<br />
released by Gordon & MacPhail, an <strong>in</strong>dependent bottler<br />
founded <strong>in</strong> 1895 <strong>in</strong> Elg<strong>in</strong>.<br />
This range was first launched <strong>in</strong> the 1960s, a period where<br />
most malts were used <strong>in</strong> blended whiskies, this was quite an<br />
unusual move to release a particular v<strong>in</strong>tage, but the range has<br />
proven to be a success for almost four decades.<br />
This bottle conta<strong>in</strong>s some rare sherried old sweet dram from<br />
the Millburn distillery <strong>in</strong> Inverness.<br />
