15.11<br />
Der Veranstalter behält sich zu jeder Zeit der<br />
Veranstaltung das Recht vor technische Kontrollen<br />
jeglicher Art durchzuführen oder durchführen zu lassen,<br />
insbesondere das Wettbewerbsfahrzeug auf seine<br />
Übereinstimmung mit dem technischen Reglement zu<br />
überprüfen. Die Teams sind verpflichtet dem Veranstalter<br />
jegliche Unterstützung (Wagenpass oder gleichwertigen<br />
Fahrzeugausweis, Datenblätter, Daten, auskunftsfähiges<br />
Personal, Mechaniker, Werkzeug, sonstige notwendige<br />
und nützliche Unterlagen, etc.) zur Verfügung zu stellen,<br />
damit diese Überprüfungen schnellstmöglich<br />
durchgeführt werden können. Unregelmäßigkeiten<br />
können mit Strafen bis hin zum Wertungsausschluss<br />
belegt werden.<br />
15.11<br />
The organiser reserves the right to carry out technical<br />
checks at any time during the event or to order such<br />
checks to be carried out, in particular regarding the<br />
compliance of the race car with the Technical<br />
Regulations. The teams undertake to give all their<br />
assistance (car pass or equivalent documents, data<br />
sheets, dates, competent team members, mechanics,<br />
tools, other necessary and useful materials, etc.) to the<br />
organiser so that these checks can be carried out as<br />
quickly as possible. Any irregularity may result in a<br />
penalty up to exclusion.<br />
16. Fahrerausrüstung<br />
16.1<br />
Es sind Helme gemäß FIA-Bestimmungen<br />
vorgeschrieben. Die sonstige vorgeschriebene<br />
Bekleidung wie Overall, Unterwäsche, Handschuhe,<br />
Schuhe, Socken und Kopfhaube muss der FIA-Norm<br />
8856-2000 entsprechen. Nicht ordnungsgemäße<br />
Bekleidung, Helme oder Kopf-Rückhalte-Systeme<br />
können von den Technischen Kommissaren eingezogen<br />
werden und werden erst nach der Veranstaltung wieder<br />
zurückgegeben.<br />
16.2<br />
In allen Gruppen und Klassen ist die Verwendung eines<br />
FIA-homologierten Kopf-Rückhaltesystems, z.B. HANS,<br />
vorgeschrieben.<br />
16. Driver’s equipment<br />
16.1<br />
The use of helmets in compliance with the FIA Standards<br />
is mandatory. Other mandatory clothing such as overall,<br />
underwear, gloves, shoes, socks and balaclava must<br />
comply with FIA Standard 8856/2000. Any incorrect<br />
clothing items, helmets or Head and Neck Support may<br />
be withdrawn by the scrutineers and will only be returned<br />
after the event.<br />
16.2<br />
The use of a FIA homologated Head and Neck Support,<br />
e.g. HANS, is mandatory in all groups and classes for the<br />
<strong>ADAC</strong> Qualificationrace <strong>24h</strong>-Race.<br />
17. Wägung und Gewichte<br />
17.1<br />
Alle Fahrzeuge können grundsätzlich bei der<br />
Technischen Abnahme gewogen werden.<br />
17.2<br />
Das Mindestgewicht darf zu keinem Zeitpunkt der<br />
Veranstaltung unterschritten werden.<br />
17.3<br />
Fahrzeuge können auch während der Trainings-<br />
/Qualifyingsitzungen gewogen werden.<br />
17.4<br />
Wird bei einem Wiegevorgang eine Unterschreitung des<br />
vorgeschriebenen Gewichts festgestellt, wird das<br />
Fahrzeug sofort im Anschluss ein zweites und ein drittes<br />
Mal auf derselben Waage und im selben Zustand<br />
gewogen. Der Höchstwert der insgesamt drei Wiegungen<br />
gilt als Gewicht des Fahrzeugs. Auf das ermittelte<br />
Fahrzeuggewicht wird eine Messtoleranz von 2 kg<br />
gewährt. In vorgenannter 2 kg – Messtoleranz ist die<br />
Toleranz der Messeinrichtungen bereits berücksichtigt.<br />
17.5<br />
Keine Substanz darf dem Fahrzeug hinzugefügt werden<br />
nachdem es zum Wiegen bestimmt wurde. Gleiches gilt<br />
während des Wiegevorgangs und nach dem Ende des<br />
<strong>Rennen</strong>s. Gegenstände die zur Ausrüstung des Fahrers<br />
gehören (z.B. Trinkflaschen oder Kühlmittelbehälter für<br />
17. Weighing and weights<br />
17.1<br />
All cars will generally be weighed at scrutineering<br />
17.2<br />
The cars must comply with the minimum weight such<br />
determined at all timed during the event.<br />
17.3<br />
Cars may also be weighed during the practice/qualifying<br />
sessions.<br />
17.4<br />
Should the weight of a car be less than the minimum<br />
weight, the car will immediately be weighed a second<br />
and a third time on the same weighing device and in the<br />
same condition. The highest weight of the three values<br />
will be considered as weight of the car.<br />
A measuring tolerance of 2 kg is accepted for the<br />
ascertained weight of the car. In the aforementioned 2 kg<br />
- measuring tolerance, the tolerance of the measuring<br />
devices is already accounted for.<br />
17.5<br />
No substances may be added to the car after it has been<br />
selected for weighing. The same is applicable during the<br />
weighing procedure and after the race end. Any items<br />
which form part of the driver’s equipment (e.g. drinking<br />
bottles or cooling containers for cooling vests or similar)<br />
