Teammitglieder feuerhemmende Overalls sowie
Schutzhelme tragen!!! Die eingesetzten Boxenmarshals
werden die Einhaltung kontrollieren.
Darüber hinaus empfiehlt der Veranstalter grundsätzlich
auch das Tragen von feuerhemmender Unterwäsche und
Balaclavas (Gesichtsschutz).
Während eines Boxenstopps sind Service- und
Reparaturarbeiten am Wettbewerbsfahrzeug erlaubt.
Werden Service- und Reparaturarbeiten am
Wettbewerbsfahrzeug während eines Tankvorganges
durchgeführt, so dürfen diese nicht mehr Zeit in
Anspruch nehmen, wie der eigentliche Tankvorgang.
Während des Tankvorgangs darf sich keine Person unter
dem Fahrzeug befinden.
Ein Verstoß hiergegen wird durch den Rennleiter
geahndet.
Je nach Schwere des Verstoßes insbesondere im
Wiederholungsfall wird dies den Sportkommissaren
gemeldet.
Für alle Fahrzeuge:
Bei allen Tankvorgängen darf die Position des
Fahrzeuges in keiner der drei Bewegungsachsen
verändert werden. Jegliches Anheben, Ablassen,
Schieben oder Drehen des Fahrzeuges ist während des
Tankvorganges nicht gestattet. Der Tankvorgang beginnt
mit der Entnahme der Zapfpistole aus der Halterung der
Tanksäule und endet mit der Entnahme der Zapfpistole
aus dem Einfüllstutzen des Fahrzeuges. Für den
Tankvorgang darf nur eine Zapfpistole verwendet
werden. Für die Klassen SP-Pro, SP-x, SP9 (FIA-GT3)
und SP9-LG (FIA-GT3) gelten die Bestimmungen der
Anlage 6 der DMSB genehmigten 24h-Rennen
Ausschreibung 2017).
Bei Zuwiderhandlung erfolgt eine Meldung an den
Rennleiter.
Ein begonnener Tankvorgang darf grundsätzlich nicht
unterbrochen werden (Ausnahme: Störung in der
Tankanlage oder aus Gründen des Brandschutzes).
Service- oder Reparaturarbeiten, die den Zeitraum eines
Tankvorganges überschreiten, dürfen nicht vor den
Zapfsäulen durchgeführt werden. Nach Abschluss des
Tankvorganges muss das Wettbewerbsfahrzeug den
Platz unmittelbar vor der Zapfsäule wieder verlassen, um
den anderen Teams den Tankvorgang wieder zu
ermöglichen.
In Höhe der AT-Tankstelle (Einfahrt Boxengasse) kann
auch der Reifenwechsel erfolgen.
Weiterhin ist die Einrichtung eines Boxenstandes an der
AT-Tankstelle in Absprache mit dem Veranstalter und
dem DMSB gestattet (nicht an der Boxenmauer).
Der Service am Fahrzeug und/oder Fahrerwechsel hat
rechts von der weißen Linie – in Fahrtrichtung – zu
erfolgen.
Die Zulieferer der AT-Tankstelle erhalten pro
Teilnehmerfahrzeug 2 Einfahrtsscheine (1x Einfahrt
Fahrerlager und 1x Parken im Außenbereich) sowie 4
Personentickets in Form von Armbinden. Weitere Tickets
müssen die Zulieferer über das jeweilige Team beziehen.
Die Scheine und Tickets sind rechtzeitig beim
Veranstalter zu beantragen.
19.1.8
Das Betanken der Fahrzeuge ist auch mit
Schnelltankventilen, bei Verwendung eines
wear flame-resistent overalls and helmets!!! The pit
marshals on duty will check compliance.
The organiser furthermore recommends wearing fireresistant
underwear and balaclavas.
During a pit stop, service and repair may be carried out
on the race car.
If service and repair work is carried out on the race car
whilst it is refuelled, this work must be completed when
refuelling is completed.
No person may be beneath the vehicle during the
refuelling procedure.
Any offence will result in a penalty applied by the Clerk of
the Course.
Depending on the severity of the offence, in particular in
the case of a repeated offence, the stewards will be
informed.
For all vehicles:
During all refuelling operations the position of the vehicle
must not be modified in any of the three movement axis.
Any lifting, lowering, pushing or turning of the vehicle
during the refuelling operation is prohibited. The
refuelling operation begins with the removal of the nozzle
from the fuel pump support and ends with the removal of
the nozzle from the filler cap of the vehicle. Only one
nozzle may be used for refuelling.
For classes SP-Pro, SP-x, SP9 (FIA-GT3) and SP9-LG
(FIA-GT3) the provisions of attachment 6 of the DMSB
approved Regulations 24h-Race 2017) are applicable.
Any infringement will be reported to the Clerk of the
Course.
A refuelling operation must generally not be interrupted
(exception: breakdown of the refuelling system or for
reasons of fire protection).
Any service or repair beyond the refuelling operation
must not be carried out in front of the fuel pumps. The
area in front of the fuel pump must immediately be
cleared after refuelling so that other race cars can be
refuelled.
Tyre change is permitted at the level of the AT fuel
station (pit lane access).
In co-ordination with the organiser and the DMSB, it is
furthermore permitted to set up a pit stand at the gas fuel
station (not at the pit wall).
Any work on the car and/or the drivers’ change must be
carried out on the right side of the new white line – in
driving direction.
The suppliers for the AT fuel station will receive 2 access
passes for each race car (1x paddock access and 1x car
park outside the circuit) as well as 4 personal
identifications in form of armbands. The suppliers must
refer to the corresponding teams if they require more
tickets. Orders for the passes and identifications must be
submitted to the organiser in due time.

The use of quick refuel valves for refuelling is permitted,
provided that a corresponding adapter is used. The
