Pursuant to Art. 21.1 of the Supplementary Regulations, Sporting Regulations, all participants are obliged to fix the
organiser’s compulsory advertising to their cars and to present the advertising stickers visibly on their cars throughout
the entire duration of the event. The organiser will carry out checks during the event. Any breach of the obligation to
carry the obligatory advertising will result in a contractual penalty at the amount of a 595 euro fine, inclusive of VAT.
A new breach shall be treated as a separate breach. The objection of a continuation of offence shall not be accepted.
During the entire event (especially practice sessions and the race), images will be made of the cars and the
participants. With their signatures, the persons mentioned hereafter allow the organisers to use film, photo and video
footage without any limitations, also involving promotional use. This also includes the transfer of images into
computer simulations (e.g. video games). The persons mentioned hereafter transfer to the organisers all rights
(copyrights, personality and image rights etc.) that might apply as a result of the production of the abovementioned
material.
