Expert Professional Practice & Collaborative Working Relationships<br />

GH is the Chair of the RPS Panel of Fellows, a member of the RPS Faculty Board, and on the Pharmaceutical Sciences<br />

Advisory Panel. She is also a member of the MHRA CPS expert advisory group. GH has been involved in working with RPS<br />

around community pharmacist assessment in case based discussions for the Faculty* and the UKCPA work on the KIT<br />

(curricula) for national training programmes.<br />

Clive Jolliffe, previously Superintendant pharmacist for Morrisons, has attended several national community pharmacy<br />

boards and until recently was a CPPE tutor.<br />

Clive Jolliffe & Karen Gunnell are also members of the UKCPA Education &Training Group committee.<br />

Diane Harris is also a member of the UKCPA Pharmacy Infection Network .<br />

Valerie Sillito, opinion leader in Scotland as a community pharmacist, and represents community pharmacy on the RPS<br />

pharmaceutical sciences advisory panel. Represented the Community Group as expert adviser on the UKCPA work on<br />

Faculty* practice based assessments (REPP) .<br />

Jennifer Archer is an independent consultant in education and training nationally and previous deputy director of CPPE.<br />

Leadership<br />

Consultation response: NICE Community pharmacy promoting health and wellbeing, July 2016: GH submitted a response<br />

on behalf of UKCPA.<br />

GH contributed to RPS Faculty work on community pharmacy curricula.<br />

GH has been very involved in Faculty Board meetings and supporting UKCPA members working towards Faculty.<br />

GH ongoing work on antimicrobial resistance following the previous successful research which has been picked up by<br />

Public Health England to support changing practice.<br />

Management<br />

GH has facilitated the contribution of community pharmacists to national work eg MHRA ad hoc expert working groups.<br />

UKCPA strategy – GH represented the group at the strategy and GC meetings and teleconferences.<br />

Clive Jolliffe delivered a Management worksession at the UKCPA Conference in November 2016.<br />

Education, Training & Development<br />

Delivered a worksession within the Building Effective Relationships stream: Celebration through collaboration (speakers:<br />

Maria Bell and Gill Hawksworth).<br />

Delivered a worksession within the Management stream: Achieving GPhC standards & "managing" inspections (speaker:<br />

Clive Jolliffe).<br />

Research & Evaluation<br />

GH has ongoing successful work on antimicrobial resistance and the research has been taken up by Public Health England<br />

through Phil Howard to help change practice of community pharmacists with regard to antimicrobial stewardship.<br />
