Membership<br />
More members than ever in 2016.<br />
As of 5 December 2016, our membership stood at<br />
over 2800.<br />
We have seen almost a 50 percent increase in<br />
membership over the past decade. However, we<br />
would like to see more practitioners join our<br />
community, from all sectors of the pharmacy<br />
workforce, and we are putting plans in place which<br />
should help us achieve this.<br />

Our plans include a new, more<br />
clearly presented website. As our<br />
‘front door’ it is essential that the<br />
website communicates effectively<br />
with visitors and potential<br />
members.<br />
The new site will be more<br />
streamlined and information will<br />
be easy to find. Visitors to the<br />
website will be able to<br />
immediately understand the<br />
benefits that UKCPA membership<br />
and services will bring to their<br />
practice and career.<br />

During 2016 we have been<br />
working hard to investigate new<br />
software which will bring our<br />
website up to date, improve the<br />
functionality and the user<br />
experience and improve the<br />
security. We will be launching the<br />
new website during 2017.<br />
