literature books, we have to accept that. They will learn what they need to. Teachers work hard, even the bad teachers. It is hard work and stressful, but you have to understand what is important and know the big picture. You have to be careful bc what you think is important is not important to everyone else. Every kid will not be a success. You cannot be hard on yourself, you can only judge that through test scores and even then it is up to the students. You will have pressure from outside sources. You need to know that each kid is individual. Put your personal things aside and focus on what they like, it is their way in. The trend is to go backwards where it is less individualized, it is never going to work bc everyone is different. Everyone performs differently, and you have to accept it. Difference between boys and girls. Education is set up for women, it is a girl based thing. Emphasizes language and writing, things boys do not care about. Boys want to play and build. There have been times were I am the only man at the school. I am the only man that uses the men’s restroom. Women have to be aware of that. The whole concept is made for girls, get out of your comfort zone and help the men. Most people are dumb. Many people do not appreciate it. It is considered nursing. I see teachers driving mercedes because they are married to rich men. Academic life. The first year is a horrible nightmare.
