$70 Million

Kordsa announced the firm
presented speed and efficiency
in automotive with automotive
composite at JEC Composite Fair
which is regarded a foremost
meeting of the composite fair.

enforcement markets.
Having held since 1956 and
this year held on 14-16 March,
JEC, one of the most important
composite fairs in the world hosted
some 1,250 participants and
over 35 thousand visitors. Kordsa
participated 4th time in this crucial
meeting of the sector.
At the fair, the automotive
technologies - which have been
improved by Kordsa and Composite
Technologies Excellency Center
which has been commissioned in
2016 – were introduced.
While Kordsa put forward its power
with improved technology in
the composite area, the firm also
informed about the technologies
that will add speed and efficiency
to the automotive sector. Providing
speed and efficiency regarding its
improved resin technology, Kordsa
ensures a shortage in curing time
the qualification of revolution. The
curing time decreased 3 minutes
from 9 minutes thanks to the new
resin technology developed by
Kordsa and surface quality of the
composite material has increased.
So, Kordsa has developed and
offered to the market a process
technology complying with the
automotive production speed with
this new resin technology.

tires and one out of 3 aircraft

share of Kordsa grow in Europe in

been in sample process with 30
customers of 40 ones that we have
negotiated. We aim our turnover
in composite to reach $70 million.

of our technology and innovation
that we have commissioned in
2016 is Composite Technologies
Excellency Center in 2016; the
processes are taken up under the
same roof. All these indicators are
the proof of Kordsa’s investment
in technology and innovation and
powerful return of these.”
