My Flexi Plan<br />
Planning a trip will be easier<br />
than ever with SpiceJet’s new<br />
innovative add-on service,<br />
My Flexi Plan. Passengers can<br />
now enjoy the flexibility of cancelling or<br />
changing the ticket(s) to suit their travel<br />
plan. If they are certain about travel<br />
but not about the dates, then they can<br />
book a ticket by opting for this service.<br />
Customers can opt for this add-on at the<br />
time of booking by paying a fee of `1,125<br />
for domestic travel ticket and `1,250 for<br />
international travel ticket. The service will<br />
be applicable only for one change or one<br />
cancellation per ticket.<br />

Fly For Sure<br />
Fly For Sure has been launched for greater<br />
customer ease in case of flight disruptions.<br />
It allows a passenger booked on SpiceJet<br />
a guarantee of flying in the next 24 hours<br />
in case of a flight delay beyond 90 minutes, missing a flight<br />
not exceeding 30 minutes from airport check-in closure of the<br />
original flight or a flight cancellation by the airline. With Fly For<br />
Sure the passenger gets to fly, in spite of the above unforeseen<br />
circumstances. It is available while booking for the flight and<br />
SpiceJet will reimburse the passengers for an alternate flight<br />
ticket (not exceeding double the price of the original ticket or<br />
the cost of second ticket, whichever is lower) on the airline of<br />
their choice in the same sector within 24 hours of the original<br />
scheduled booking with SpiceJet.<br />

Carry More On Board<br />
Making air travel even more<br />
convenient, SpiceJet’s ‘Carry<br />
More On Board’ is a service for<br />
travellers with heavier cabin<br />
baggage. It is targeted at passengers who<br />
carry cabin baggage heavier than 7 kg, and<br />
do not want to check-in. Fliers can carry bags<br />
weighing up to 5 kg extra, a maximum of 12<br />
kg on board, while paying a nominal fee for<br />
each kg above 7 kg. Bags can be heavier, but<br />
not larger, and the standard free baggage<br />
allowances remain as before. Customers can<br />
opt for this product during airport check-in<br />
and at airport ticket counters.<br />

Hand Baggage Only<br />
This is another unique product that offers a discount to those<br />
passengers who carry only hand baggage. Available on<br />
most direct domestic flights, this fare has a minimum 15-day<br />
advance purchase period, and no free check-in baggage<br />
allowance is permissible. Bookings for this can be made on www.spicejet.<br />
com, at airport ticket offices, and through select online travel portals.<br />
Passengers should keep in mind that hand baggage allowance does not<br />
change. Those who book these fares, but decide to check in luggage later,<br />
will have to pay more.<br />
