Team Member Handbook Acknowledgment and Receipt MMI publishes this Handbook, and periodically revises it, to provide general guidance to basic employment policies and procedures. It not intended to address every situation that could arise, or to limit the discretion of MMI executives. This Handbook is published in digital format to several reasons, including ease of revision. If you have a question and have not read the Handbook recently, you should check for recent revisions, and then consult Human Resources if your question is not clearly and completely answered. MMI wants everyone who works here to have job satisfaction, here or somewhere else. When either the team member or MMI is not satisfied with the relationship, either may end it, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, subject to applicable laws, if any. Only MMI’s President has authority to make any agreement to the contrary, and all such agreements must be in writing.
