been a part of the Lauderdale community for centuries.<br />

Offering ten beautifully designed boutique guest<br />

rooms which have en-suite shower rooms or baths<br />

with a shower, complimentary WiFi, flat screen TVs<br />

and DVD players plus hospitality trays.<br />

Bringing people together with their great food,<br />

award-winning dining is available in The Bistro; a<br />

warm and cosy space with a roaring fire and elegant<br />

bar area; the Conservatory and Terrace which is a<br />

casual, sunny spot for food and drinks; and Jo’s<br />

Kitchen, complete with cherry red Aga and a real<br />

farmhouse kitchen atmosphere.<br />

Food follows the farm to fork principal, with the team<br />

sourcing true foodie greats from nearby. Local farmers,<br />

craft butchers, farmhouse kitchen creators and artisan<br />

independents supply organic dairy produce, local<br />

meat, Haggis and black pudding, freshly caught and<br />

traditionally smoked fish, game from local estates<br />

and locally grown organic vegetables.<br />

The owners are also local farmers, keeping several<br />

thousand sheep at their farm half a mile away.<br />
