Richard Reina is a licensed attorney, holding undergraduate and law degrees<br />
from Louisiana State University. Richard owned a multilocation title agency in<br />
Louisiana. As part of his law practice, he represented a board of Realtors for 25<br />
years. After moving to Florida, Richard assumed regional vice president positions<br />
with two of the largest title insurance underwriters. He now oversees operations<br />
in all three Central Florida Title locations and is always a phone call away.<br />

Tanya Schrepfer joined the rapidly growing Real Estate Closing Solutions<br />
LLC team in 2011. She was also part of the team’s earlier GulfAtlantic Title<br />
teams, where her strong organizational and customer service skills led to her<br />
overseeing the customer service division for the entire state of Florida. She is<br />

The former senior vice president of one of the nation’s largest title underwriters<br />
and president of GulfAtlantic Title, Dana Ward is a 31-year licensed veteran<br />
in the title insurance and closing business, a former commercial banker, and an<br />
MBA who serves on the teaching faculty for the Florida Realtors. He started in the<br />
corporate office of Lawyers Title in Richmond, Virginia. During his long tenure,<br />
he oversaw corporate strategic planning and then was promoted to lead the title,<br />
agency and closing operations in Virginia, Louisiana and the entire Southeast.<br />
