It will probably be at this stage that you will be appointed by your pastor
as the ETL in your church. By agreeing to move to phase two, your
leadership have bought into the vision of mobilising everyone in your
church for evangelism so they will need your help and energy.

After you have passed through phase one, you then move to phase two.
PHASE TWO:

HOST A SATURDAY CONFERENCE AT YOUR CHURCH
•This can be a combined church event, or one
church can host it on their own.
•This conference can be for groups as small as 10 people.
•The conference is a Saturday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
•We have all the resources you need for advertising and
hosting this conference at your church. Just contact us
and we’ll work with you and help you.

Look for the section ‘Hosting a DNA change conference” and
download the information you need.
•At best only 30% of your church will attend the ODC. To
capture the other 70% teach the content of the ODC as a series
on Sundays mornings to the rest of the church, starting within a
month of the ODC.

TEACH THE CONTENT OF THE ODC AS A 4-5 PART EVANGELISM SERIES ON
SUNDAY MORNINGS IN YOUR CHURCH
• Who does the teaching? Either:
• The pastor of the host church or their ETL
• Or Julian Batchelor
• Or one of the ESI team
The pastor decides which he/she prefers.
• We provide whoever does the speaking with the power
point slides used in the one day conference (ODC).
• The slides are delivered as a 4-5 part Evangelism Series on
Sunday mornings in your church with notes provided.
• Each part would be about 45 minutes.
• The advantage of 7B over 7A is that everyone in the
church is exposed to the teaching at one time so you can
all move forwards together as a church. This promotes
unity and a strong sense of forward momentum.
