is an ongoing humanitarian project, undertaken
by KARAM since the year 2012. Besides
monetary funding, KARAM has also funded
efforts for creating awareness, and has held
regular Blood Donation camps on innumerable
occasions, across its various offices and Works
in India.
3. Regular Donations to Charitable Trusts, locally
and nationally: KARAM donates regularly to
the Prime Ministers’ Relief Fund and has
actively done so on occasions of floods
in Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, and
Earthquake in Nepal. Our Sitarganj Unit has
also locally supported the cause of relief for
earthquakes and floods whenever the need has
arisen its state- Uttarakhand.

Practices
At KARAM, the Labour practices are considered
to be of prime importance. KARAM ensures
timely payment of wages, safe working practices,
worker-friendly practices, safe cool drinking water,
and free refreshments during working hours, welllit
ventilated working conditions, regular medical
aid, Provident funds savings, festival bonuses
and a very effective Grievance addressing
system for its large workforce. Constant efforts
are continually made to make the workforce
extremely satisfied in their working. KARAM also

ENGINEERS
When you do things with the best of the company
in your heart and with the utmost sincerity
and honesty, you are bound to succeed. As a
company, you should also make sure that you
have the best interest of the people and conduct
your business in such a way that it only adds
value to the quality of life and environment of
others and yourself. Everyone is in a rush to
find success but if you put in enough patience,
hard work, innovative thinking and spend time to
give back to the society in some way or another,
success will come find you.
