Grapes
Studies have shown protective effects of
resveratrol against ultraviolet radiation
mediated skin damage. In grapes, the natural
antioxidant resveratrol is found only in the
skins, so don’t remove the skin but do give
them a thorough wash.
Skin nutrients:
Skin nutrients:
••
Excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids
Tuna Light
Bluefin tuna, yellowfin tuna and Albacore tuna
chicken, a tangy and delicious Chinese dish.
Skin nutrients:
Good source of zinc
Sunflower Seeds
sunflower seeds.
Skin nutrients:
••
Green Tea
There are now even better reasons to
swap coffee time with (green) tea time!
Green tea polyphenols induce DNA repair
pathways in the skin to combat UV-induced
cellular damage.
Skin nutrients:
••
Contains green tea polyphenols
