1. Refer to “General Information and Regulations Governing Livestock”.
2. Entry fee of $5.00 per class. This is a pull in show. Limited penning available upon request. $6 gate entry fee per person.
3. All sheep must be registered or eligible to be recorded in their respective flock book with the exception of wether sires and
dams. All sheep must have scrapie I.D. tags.
4. Exhibitors may make as many entries as they desire, but they can win only two awards in single classes and one in group classes.
5. Lamb Classes - Born after January 1, 2017, except Dorsets and Columbias, born after September 1, 2017..
6. Breeders Young Flock shall consist of one yearling ram or ram lamb, two yearling ewes, and two ewe lamb and owned by exhibitor.
7. The management further reserves the right to take any additional measures prior to assigning entries to pens or during the fair
that may be deemed necessary to protect the health of the sheep shown.
8. All entries must be displayed in the show ring to receive premiums.
9. Any changes to the rules must be approved by the Department Superintendent.
10. Entries close Sunday, August 13, at 11:30 a.m.
11. Premiums will be sent to address on entry within one week.
12. Junior Fair members who have pens in Junior Fair may enter
open class by paying $3.00 per animal.
13. Judge has right to refuse premiums to unfit animals.
