I think it’s safe to say I’ve been moovin’ this past year with all the
excitement surrounding the Mercer County 4-H Program! Since my
first day on the job, our 4-H families, advisors, and volunteers have
helped me get acquainted with the traditions and values of the
Mercer County 4-H program. I appreciate all the warm welcomes and
support throughout this transitional year.
Our success would not be possible without the Mercer County
Extension office staff. My co-workers put in countless hours behind
the scenes for our 4-H program; that time and dedication also carries
into the hard work of our advisors. Your volunteer efforts make an
major positive impact on our youth- thank you for all that you do!
The youth in this community are full of talent, leadership, and unique
skills. As you and your families enjoy this year’s fair, please take a
moment to observe the hard work our members put into their livestock, food, clothing, and special
interest projects. Every member should be proud of their accomplishments and displays this year.
