Overview<br />
This advanced Apprenticeship is ideal for<br />
anyone wanting to reach higher levels of skills<br />
<strong>and</strong> knowledge within the food <strong>and</strong> drink<br />
manufacturing industries.<br />
The course builds on existing levels of<br />
experience to cover both technical skills of<br />
plant <strong>and</strong> production operations, health <strong>and</strong><br />
safety <strong>and</strong> continuous improvement, together<br />
with an introduction to the wider business <strong>and</strong><br />
management environment including internal <strong>and</strong><br />
external customers, profitability <strong>and</strong> commercial<br />
awareness.<br />
