Highlights Include
The Black Hills: See two of America’s important
national landmarks in South Dakota. The iconic Mount
Rushmore features portraits of Presidents Washington,
Jefferson, Lincoln, and Theodore Roosevelt, while the
Crazy Horse Memorial showcases the image of the
Lakota leader carved into a mountain as a memorial
honoring all North American Indians. Spend time
exploring Custer State Park, a wildlife reserve with a
large herd of bison and other plains animals.
Devils Tower and Ranch Stay: Trace the western
route of many pioneers as you head to the volcanic
monolith of Devils Tower and then enjoy a barbecue and
lodgings at a historic ranch in Wyoming.
Montana’s Little Bighorn Battlefield: A Crow Indian
guide joins you to recount the events of a turbulent
period that includes stories about General George
Armstrong Custer and Indian Chief Sitting Bull.
Yellowstone National Park: Drive over the famed

Yellowstone National Park, established in 1872, is the
cornerstone of America’s national park system. Discover
the wonders of Wyoming’s historic Yellowstone and
the nearby Grand Tetons on this popular tour. Enjoy
leisurely walks or more strenuous hikes in both parks,
learn about geology, and observe plentiful wildlife,
including wolves, coyotes, grizzly and black bears, moose,
bison, and more.
Highlights Include
Yellowstone: Marvel at the Grand Canyon of the
Yellowstone—where two staggered falls spill water twice
the height of Niagara—and Hayden Valley, one of the
best places in the park to view wildlife. Witness geysers,
hot pools, and mud pots at the limestone terraces of
Mammoth Hot Springs and the geyser basins at Norris
and Old Faithful.
Grand Tetons: Enjoy a float trip along the Snake River
through the heart of the park, offering spectacular
panoramas and prime wildlife viewing. Sail across Jenny
Lake, just one of a string of jewel-like lakes set within
this landscape.
