MANGO ENERGY bars<br />

Serves: 8 bars<br />

Ingredients<br />

• 1 ½ cups dried mango<br />

• ¼ cup <strong>Norbu</strong><br />

• 1 cup raw cashews<br />

• ½ cup rolled oats<br />

• 1 tsp vanilla extract<br />

Method<br />

1 Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse and blend until a<br />

thick paste 'dough' forms.<br />

2 Spread into baking paper lined tray and press firmly into it, evenly.<br />

3 Put in the fridge to firm for a few hours. Then cut into bars.<br />
