David has over 20 years experience in finance and accounting,<br />
initially qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Price<br />
Waterhouse in their Business Services and Corporate Finance<br />
Divisions. Since that time, he has been CFO, Company Secretary<br />
and / or Director for numerous ASX listed and unlisted public<br />
and private companies, in a range of industries covering<br />
energy, retail, transport, financial services, mineral exploration,<br />
technology, automotive, software development and healthcare.<br />
Kenneth Ko<br />

Group Finance Manager<br />
Appointed 2015<br />
Kenneth joined Kelly+Partners in 2015 as Finance Manager.<br />
He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years<br />
chartered and commercial accounting experience. He<br />
commenced his career with BDO Chartered Accountants<br />
in 2007, and then joined Chandler Macleod in 2011 in a<br />
commercial accounting role. In 2013, he moved to Coca Cola<br />
Amatil to lead their financial accounting team. Kenneth joined<br />
Kelly+Partners’ head office in North Sydney as Finance Manager<br />
in 2015. He subsequently founded the Hong Kong business in<br />
2016, maintaining his role as Finance Manager.<br />
Brendan Lyons<br />

Appointed <strong>2017</strong><br />
Brendan joined Kelly+Partners in January <strong>2017</strong> as Head of<br />
Corporate Development. He has over 20 years experience in<br />
equity markets, financial analysis, and business management.<br />
Previously, Brendan was co-Head of Australian Equities at<br />
Goldman Sachs for 4 years from 2012 to 2015. In total, he worked<br />
for Goldman Sachs / JBWere for 18 years, including 10 years<br />
as an equity partner. During this time, Brendan held various<br />
senior roles in Institutional Equities and Equities Research<br />
across Sydney, Melbourne, London and New York. Prior to this,<br />
he worked at Deutsche Bank for 4 years as an equities analyst.<br />
More recently in 2016, Brendan consulted to Lithium Power<br />
International on their successful public listing on ASX.<br />
