as possible. A horrible habit formed by<br />

those who suffer from anxiety is putting<br />

too much thought on the past or future.<br />

This will only serve to overwhelm you,<br />

eventually turn into an anxiety attack.<br />

Keep anxious feelings to a low level and<br />

do not focus on anxious thoughts.<br />

KNOW WHAT MAKES YOU ANXIOUS<br />

one. Doing so makes you more aware of<br />

your triggers, which lets you consciously<br />

deal with them easier. Do you find that<br />

or project. By understanding the causes of<br />

your anxiety, you will begin to get rid of it.<br />
