Start with basic, simple steps to<br />

treat your back pain. You will often get<br />

much relief just by resting your back for a<br />

couple of days. As you wait for your pain<br />

to subside, you can get some immediate<br />

relief from an anti-inflammatory pain<br />

reliever like naproxen or ibuprofen. You<br />

can further relieve the pain in your back<br />

by using heat or cold.<br />

coffee can actually help you relieve back<br />

pain. New medical studies showed caffeine<br />

in coffee blocks the chemical adenosine.<br />

Adenosine tightens your back muscles. By<br />

drinking coffee, you are preventing that<br />

from happening and helping your muscles<br />

stay flexible.<br />
