vegetables. Proteins, complex carbs and<br />

vegetables are all important for building<br />

muscle. Veggies have nutrients that<br />

other foods high in carbs and proteins<br />

do not. These are also wonderful sources<br />

of natural fiber. Fiber makes your body<br />

able to use the protein you consume.<br />

It is necessary to monitor your calories,<br />

if you want to build muscle. You can eat<br />

either good calories or bad calories,<br />

and therefore, it is necessary to educate<br />

yourself about what foods are good for<br />

muscle building. Working out while eating<br />

a bad diet won’t build muscle. Instead, it<br />

will cause you to become obese.<br />
