Plyometric exercises are something you want<br />

to do. Plyometric exercises help your body have<br />

better fast twitch fibers that also help muscles<br />

grow. Plyometrics are similar to ballistic moves<br />

due to the fact that acceleration is required. For<br />

example, when you do plyometric push-ups,<br />

let your hands come off the floor, propelling<br />

your body upward.<br />

You can cut corners a bit when you lift,<br />

although always be safe. If you use more<br />

of your body to get a few extra reps into<br />

your workout then you are increasing the<br />

output of your workout. However, you do<br />

not want to cheat too much. Have a rep<br />

speed that’s controlled. You should always<br />

keep a good posture.<br />

IMPROVE YOUR BICEP CURL<br />

Improve your bicep curl to increase results. You only get half the benefit you<br />

could get from a normal bicep curl, as you likely don’t move the bar beyond the parallel<br />

point during the “up” part of the exercise. However, the strongest portion of curls is the<br />

upper part. Do your barbell curl sitting down to avoid losing the benefit of this exercise.<br />

Muscle building takes a lot more to achieve than buying a gym membership. If you want<br />

to get the right results, you need the right approach. Use the tips you just read to help you<br />
