This service is set up with all the local GP<br />
surgeries and the CCG. Alternatively you<br />
can drop your repeat form to your GP<br />
surgery or register for online ordering at your<br />
GP surgery. Please allow enough time over<br />
the Christmas to order your medication.<br />
