LEWES
LATE NIGHT
SHOPPING
Thursday 7 th December, 6pm-9pm
A Message from Lewes Chamber of Commerce:
Christmas just wouldn’t be Christmas without Late Night Shopping, when half
of Lewes, and a good few people from outside of town, take to the streets to
sort out their Christmas shopping… and fill up on mince pies and mulled wine.
We’re planning a great night for all residents and visitors alike.
It’s not just the High Street that’ll be opening up later than usual: check out
late-night shopping opportunities from AS Apothecary in Western Road, to
Bags of Books in South Street… and don’t forget the Needlemakers.
This year, unfortunately, the roads will be open to traffic, so please do keep
to the pavements and pedestrian areas. And if you’re thinking of driving into
Lewes, please do bear in mind there will be a lot more people about at that
time of night than usual.
All Lewes Pay & Display car parks are FREE to park after 5pm. This also
includes the car park at County Hall at the top of St Anne’s Hill.
