Peter Joeckel has been a leader in mid-market<br />

ERP since 1986 when his company installed<br />

some of the first network-based manufacturing<br />

systems in the country. As a business owner,<br />

Peter built and eventually sold one of the<br />

fastest-growing and forward-thinking valueadded<br />

software dealerships in the country. Its<br />

success was fueled by innovative software<br />

selection techniques and an outstanding project<br />

delivery team. He sold the organization in<br />

1999 to an e-commerce provider when it had<br />

grown in less than three years from zero to $6<br />

million in annual revenue with more than 300<br />

customers and 45 employees. He has assisted<br />

in the selection and implementation of hundreds<br />

of ERP solutions and has been recognized for<br />

his ability to match the right solution for a<br />

customer’s needs rather than “pushing boxes<br />

of software.” Today, Peter focuses on helping<br />

companies select and implement ERP solutions<br />

by using advanced tools and processes that<br />

increase the likelihood of successful projects.<br />

His goal is to continue to improve those tools<br />

and processes to build value for customers and<br />

provide a smooth transition from the selection to<br />

implementation process.<br />

Shann McGrail is the co-founder of Devreve Inc.<br />

and co-creator of SMART P2P, a program of<br />

best practices to enable <strong>Partner</strong>s to successfully<br />

grow their businesses through building strong<br />

partnerships. Connecting the dots in new ways<br />

for outstanding results is a signature strength for<br />

Tracy Faleide has nearly 30 years of experience<br />

in communications, project and people<br />

management, change management, strategy<br />

alignment, and marketing. She held several<br />

communications and leadership positions at<br />

Great Plains Software and Microsoft, led her<br />

own consulting and writing business, served<br />

as a storyteller for her clients, and now helps<br />

lead marketing communications efforts at WEX<br />

Health, Inc.
