Grounds and Maintenance Support<br />
AgResearch are looking for an enthusiastic Grounds and Maintenance Support<br />
person for our Lincoln Campus. This role will be a 2 year fixed-term contract with<br />
the possibility of extension. Ideal working hours would be Mon to Fri 9am to<br />
3.30pm (30 minute lunch break).<br />
Being prepared to help out and good at hands-on tasks will make this role interesting<br />
for you. You must be willing to learn new skills and attend training if required.<br />
What you will be doing<br />
• Assisting to keep the grounds tidy and general maintenance of buildings and<br />
equipment.<br />
• Helping to arrange prices for grounds and maintenance work.<br />
Your ideal background<br />
• Hands-on building, equipment and grounds experience - the ability to fix basic<br />
building or equipment issues, and know when to call in dedicated trade expertise.<br />
• Clean drivers licence essential, plus H&S knowledge.<br />
