Comprehensive Program Plan<br />
We strive to be an inclusive community that does not judge against anyone on the basis<br />

will try to offer as many accommodations as possible to guarantee the inclusion of our<br />
clients and guests.<br />
For clients and guests with dietary restrictions, we will be more than happy to<br />
accommodate those needs by informing the chef so he can make alternative meals that<br />

6. ATV’s and trailers with seats to transport guests from parking area to venue<br />
7. Sound equipment for band (verify equipment needed by the specific band<br />
hired)<br />
8. Microphone equipment for band and for champagne toasts<br />
9. Ice Machines for bars<br />
10. Fully equipped catering kitchen<br />
11. Video screen and projection equipment to show video of couple (if provided)<br />
12. Easels and frames for displaying photographs<br />
13. Atmosphere lighting (twinkle lights, spotlight, pathway lighting, etc.)<br />
